We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean and a perfect size for our group. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth the cost and we used the outdoor area the whole time. Perfect rental house and well equipped and the communication was easy and quick!

This is a nice house, well kept, with plenty of room for a large family to enjoy. We had a great time using the backyard and pool, which was heated for our stay, and hiking in the super conveniently located national park. The kitchen is well supplied with basics and I had no trouble cooking. Thanks to all for a pleasant stay.

Beautiful home, plenty of space. Loved having access to shampoo, etc, and even a few leftover condiments and non-perishable foods. Very helpful to get going after arrival. Plenty of towels and bedding, great communication, friendly owners. I will definitely seek out this home again.

Couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of property's. Tanya was the perfect host for our last-minute trip. Communication was great from the time we booked the house until we checked out. The house is better in person than in the photos. There is so much space both inside and out for everyone to have their own space if needed. The furnishings are very nicely done as well as very comfortable in all the rooms. We made good use of the pool while we were there which was an extra treat. The location is great, close to everything you will need. Thank you for being a great host and so accommodating. We will definitely return in the future.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was even better than expected. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the outdoor space was perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We would definitely stay again!

The house was really big and very comfortable. Lots of different places to gather or to be on ones own. We loved the pool. Check-in was easy although the cleaner and her son were still working when we arrived. House was stocked with almost anything we could need, except for a tea kettle for our afternoon tea. Primary bed was so comfortable! Lovely snack basket and 2 bottles of wine were awaiting us! Only drawbacks: stair rails and kitchen cabinets and knobs were sticky. Might be the cleaning solution, but didn't seem clean. Blankets are not washed between reservations. Many used/leftover condiments in fridge. Already-used health and beauty items in the bathrooms. Hard to cool the house at a consistent temperature. Programmed somehow and if we tried to set it, it kept going back to original warm programming. Understand that it was very hot that week so maybe that had something to do with it. I know this is a new property. Just a few tweaks and it will be amazing!

We had 6 adults, and there were still 2 unused rooms. Very nice and clean. Pool was absolutely awesome in the hot afternoons. Salt water is so much easier on your skin then chlorine!! Very close to stores for grocery, snack, gas runs. Easy access to freeway. Very nice clean neighborhood.

Thoughtful touches: (just some examples) Books, games, puzzles, and ping pong table for non screen enjoyment. The game room (downstairs bedroom) had electronic games but we didn't utilize those this time. Large serving platters and large pots for a large home that holds up to 10 people. The gas stove was a very nice treat to cook on! Bathrooms were spacious and well stocked. Large washer and dryer was nice Out doors We didn't heat the pool more, but the water was swimable mid April. The toys and floats for the pool were enjoyed. Basketball hoop with netting was nice for burning off energy. Roomy: 9 family members stayed while at a family reunion. The patriarch and matriarch were comfy in the master suite. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. The size of the house gave us all privacy if wanted but common areas that were large enough to all gather together. Common areas were available inside and outside. The covered outdoor seating was plentiful, and enjoyed by all! Above is the long story. The short story is we will definitely book again!

The house and pool were nice. The teenagers enjoyed the pool and basketball hoop. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe.

Well thought out touches throughout the home. Just some of the thoughtfulness: welcome snacks, assortment of entertainment options (books, games, ping pong, puzzles, screens, electronic games, basketball hoop with netting, pool with floats and water toys). Cooking and serving options for a large group (the home holds up to 10 people). 3 spacious bathrooms with great options if you forget to pack any toiletries. Roomy enough for the 9 of us to be together (inside options and outside options) or for us to have our own space and decompress. We will definitely book again for our next reunion!

Was great to be able to drive our vehicle right into the garage and get access to the house without having to remember the code for the front door. Comfortable home with 4 nice bedrooms. Nice pool!

It was a fantastic place for our family from Iowa, AZ and Illinois to gather to enjoy each other, recreation, fellowship, relaxing and lots of sunshine! Very accommodating property and hosts!!!
