Very clean, accommodating place to stay. Especially with large groups!

Clean home, nice neighborhood, nearby to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of spacious bedrooms with king beds, well appointed.

The house was perfect for 7 of us to get together. The bedrooms are all upstairs with two nice bathrooms. The beds were all comfortable and everything clean. Parking was easy and convenient and room for two cars in the garage. Ben made everything very easy and smooth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect and well maintained. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and it was very conveniently located. Would definitely book another stay for future visits. Highly recommend!

Our group had a great time. The layout of the house works well for a family get together with two nice living areas on each side of the kitchen. I spent many hours sitting on the porch enjoying the weather. Having all of the bedrooms upstairs was nice. The location is great too. Easy access to lots of fun in Wausau. Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed the modernized Victorian. It was situated close enough to activity while gave us that country/mountain feel of peace and quiet. Ben did everything to insure we had an enjoyable stay. Beds were great with quality sheets. Bathrooms had all the amenities. Plenty of towels. We opted to eat out but nice to have a clean fridge for beverages. Television was in a comfy room and offered plenty of space for the 6 of us to view. The restaurant recommendations were 2/3 - We really enjoyed Lemon Grass and Tine & Cellar. Had a long weekend with family. The house was perfect with a dining table that had room for all and the bedrooms were all perfect for adults! The neighbors were friendly and helpful and we found fun things to do in the area-hiking, golfing and boating.

Loved the house their was plenty of room. Very clean nice neighborhood. Great family outdoor park located on the river less than 5 minutes away. Host Ben kept in contact and he replied to my emails right away. Plan on staying there again in the near future. Middle of the state. Great 1/2 point to meet family who are coming from Milwaukee as we drive down from Northern WI. Hope next time we can stay a bit longer. Lots to do in Wausau.

Such a nice home in a great neighborhood! We had a girls weekend and enjoyed it so much! The home is beautiful, so many nice touches and décor throughout. 5 huge bedrooms, a fantastic dining room with very large table and comfortable furniture in living room. Good WIFI, excellent TV and streaming in Living Room. Kitchen has just about anything you would need. It's even nicer than it seems on the web, we were really impressed. Each bedroom has a large, comfortable bed (medium not too soft, but not too firm), nice linens, new comforters and all are spacious. Pillows are new and very thick - if you like a little flatter pillow, I suggest bringing your own, but the ones there are very high quality, just very thick. Bathrooms are all ample with nice hot showers, great water pressure. The location is not too far from downtown and there are several awesome restaurants and supper clubs in the area. To be honest, we ended up staying in and playing games, doing arts and crafts, and enjoying each other's company. Cooking is a breeze because the kitchen is so well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Even a large selection of Keurig type coffees and a regular coffee maker (bring your own grounds if you prefer that over the Keurig). Lots of spices and a small amount of Splenda was there as well. The owner is fantastic and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful throughout the process. I can't say enough, this home is just awesome, we will definitely be back!

This property is an older house. It's obvious there are parts that are still a work in progress, but the places we hung out, living room, bedrooms, kitchen...we're all wonderful, clean and spacious. Garage parking is a bonus. Plus laundry!! Good location. Highly recommend.

Ben was good to work with, the property is in a nice location. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, all on the 2nd floor, along with two full baths upstairs. Plenty of room downstairs to spread out, lots of updates which were done tastefully. Would recommend staying here with larger group.

This property was extremely clean, well stocked, comfortable in every way, well laid out, family friendly and VERY convenient. We have already rebooked for January. The hosts were very communicative, popped over for a small fix within the hour. We are big cooks and had everything we needed to prepare meals all week. Seating was ample, beds comfortable, towels and linens plentiful. We enjoyed the big screens, games, 2 large living areas and lots of storage. I would definitely rate it one of our best VRBO stays. Thank you Ben for a great property!
