Wonderful stay. The house had all we needed, was clean and comfortable, and was easily accessible from the road and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. The yard was tidy & private. The host always responded promptly & was available for any help.

We had a great stay. This area in the suburbs of St Louis was perfect for us. We were visiting family so did not get into the city however it was not far from downtown. The area is a very safe area. While walking the dog one morning I noticed that every house had cars parked on the street or in the driveway even if they had a garage. A sure sign they are not worried about crime. The house was exactly as listed, nice and comfy. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, shower was hot! Lots of restaurants and shops near by. This home made a perfect home base for three adults and a dog. We even got to see our dog muster up her bravery and climb through the doggy door! We would definitely stay here again when we head back to St Louis.

Enjoyed staying at this property! It was our home base during the holidays while visiting family, and it was a great fit. It's nothing fancy, but it was very convenient, the fully fenced in yard was great for our dogs, and the host was very personable and responsive. They had even decorated with a Christmas tree, which was a nice touch.

Great little house, good location

Stove had grease spatter, obviously wasnt cleaned. Both tub and sink clogged, water not go down, but was fixed as soon as I contacted the owner. The directions on vrbo app led us to a dark dead end street, had to contact owner to get correct directions, which they did. I had to contact owner to get instructions regarding how to enter proprry to get the door code. At other vrbo properties, the owners reached out to me couple days before we got there with instrucions on entering property.

A decoration over the bed feel off the wall and landed on my daughter's head. Also the power was was out for about 15 hours which was not the home owners fault. Otherwise everything was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. Big corner lot and the fenced in yard has plenty of space. We’ll be back!

Family of 5 in town for a wedding and needed our own space. Dawn’s place was perfect. The room set ups were just what we needed and the location was very close to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and updated with a big yard (which we didn’t have the time to take advantage of). All the amenities of a hotel but all the coziness of a home. Thank you, we will remember this spot for our next visit.

I’m not sure where to begin! We loved this little house. It came well equipped with everything we needed. Even the washer & dryer was a plus & since it was just the two of us we only used the master bedroom which had the most amazing & comfortable king-size bed….no back aches!!! The house was centrally located to all the places we had to be for my husband‘s Family Reunion, and friends. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness & overall appearance of the house. The big plus is we were able to bring our 4 pound Yorkie. We also felt very safe in this area & a good place to walk our Miss Bella as the house was on a cul-de-sac. I know hopefully, if my husband‘s health is still good, we will be making this trip again for his Family Reunion & we would be extremely happy if we could have this rental again. You will not be disappointed!!!!! It listed Dawn as a premier host & that she is😊

Was looking for place for my family to stay near some of the major STL hospitals during a surgery. This place fit the bill perfectly. Comfy, cozy, safe area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, including a quiktrip at the end of the street. Will definitely look to stay again if needed in the future!

The home was clean and just as advertised. Cute little sno-cone place right down the road and QT ( gas station) within walking distance. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and returned messages in a timely manner. We would definitely rent her home again.

Everything was great, the property fit our family of 5. The location was excellent, easy to get wherever you needed to go as well as lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great house in a great neighborhood suburb of St Louis. Dawn was highly responsive, friendly, and the house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we sure appreciated the washer/dryer. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

My Son came in town for the holidays & we needed a quaint, quiet place to stay. This home is very cozy, has everything you would need, centrally located & great, friendly, helpful communication with the owner! We had a very good stay & would certainly go back!

You will not be disappointed staying here! The home is immaculate, comfortable and near everything you may need while in STL. 3 bedrooms, washer, dryer, fenced yard, fire pit, grill and a stocked kitchen! The communication that the host, Dawn, gives you is in a timely manner and accurate. She even let me check in right after my flight the morning of my stay! She is a fabulous host, and we will be seeking her listing every time we are in STl for family visits!
