We had a great trip to sunset beach. However the home wasn’t the most clean and is in need of a lot of improvements and updating. The water from the shower leaked on the floor in one bathroom, the second bathroom you had to hold the plug so the tub would drain. The furniture is very outdated. The wood above the kitchen sink was falling apart and landing all over the sink and counter tops. The kitchen was very outdated. All dishes that we used had to be washed prior to using. The washer and dryer were outside and downstairs under the house. We had a great trip but would not stay here again.

The house was very clean and comfortable! Everyone had plenty of room and privacy!

Family vacation

Coquille Manor was a wonderful beach getaway! Clean and welcoming! Plenty of room for us and our 6 kids. Kitchen was supplied with all supplies you would need for cooking. Washer and dryer were a plus. Outdoor shower was used after every beach visit! Rocking chairs on the front porch, deck in the back gave ample sitting options. We grilled out one night on the gas grill. Plenty of clean towels and linens provided. I was very impressed overall. I would definitely recommend this rental property. The beach was merely a minutes walk away!!

This property is just 3 houses from direct beach access with plenty of parking and a downstairs laundry. There are many kitchen conveniences ( dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc) although some of the pots and pans need replacement ( ie scored teflon). It is l9vely to have both a large screened in porch in the front of the house and a smaller, open porch off the kitchen. The house also had beach chairs, boogie boards and start up cleaning supplies. This house rents through Vacasa and they were very responsive to questions and our request to extend our stay.

We found our place easily and all in good order. If was a lovely and comfortable place and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were able to use the washer and dryer easily, and cooked a meal and hosted a larger gathering with no issues. Would happily stay here again.

Friends and I get away together once a year. We’ll go different areas across NC. This has got to be one of our favorites. The house was ideal for us: light, bright, and open. We walked down past 3 houses to the beach access—a long boardwalk to a wonderful beach. Friendly people, smiling faces. The screened front porch was perfect for coffee and morning sun; the back deck perfect for lounging in the afternoon sun. The house was well stocked with extra towels etc. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed (except, oddly enough, a toaster—but the oven broiler worked fine for that). Altogether, I would whole heartedly recommend the house for that beach getaway.
