This hotel was great. The lobby smelled so good walking in and the rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had really good food and drinks and the staff was very friendly. It was just a short walk to OU. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Facility beautiful and the decor was impressive. Large rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean.
Lighting in our room was extremely inadequate. Difficult to apply make up in morning when dressing. Maybe a make-up mirror in bathroom would help. Tried to eat on Friday morning but was only offered small menu or grab and go so we went someplace else. Ate in the restaurant on Saturday and had a brand new waitress and unfortunately took all over 1 hour to order and receive our food. Could use some help in this area. Very sweet, nice employees but could improve service.

Perfect location, very upscale feel, great food and bar, extremely accommodating staff.
I’m only sad that it will be out of my budget on game day weekends!

My son & I stayed because we were visiting OU. The owner (Steve?) & his wife spoke to my son about going to OU. He asked about our stay I told them how much I enjoyed the hotel, from the staff, the restaurant & the decor. Stoping to speak with us was a great personal touch! The NOUN was recommended by one of my clients and I see why. Great recommendation!

Sink drain stop was stuck when we got there so water from sink didn’t drain. Also to charge $10 to park my own car in parking lot is ridiculous. And telling me to park in back when there is plenty of parking right in front.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - well appointed rooms, gorgeous lobby/restaurant/bar spaces. We had a great meal in the Supper Club. Just overall fantastic!

Great location, staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Very clean and spacious rooms. Would be my first choice when visiting Norman in the future.
Room AC/Heat system could be re-commissioned. Heat set at 65 would make the room blazing hot. AC set at 75 would then make it freezing.

New and modern feel. Valet was quick and helpful.
Sheets were very scratchy. Also, being totally cash free we weren’t able to get change or tip money or for valet. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we went to check out.
