Our flight arrived late, but we were still able to get into our unit and get settled all in our own. Very quiet place, except for the ocean, which, of course is the sound that we came for. Kitchen is very well stocked, great to have laundry appliances in the unit. We saw sea turtles every day from the lanai. On the last morning, we saw what we eventually identified as a manta ray. Pure magic. We walk to the harbour area at least three times, ate a great cheeseburger at the general store. Went to Seascapes for lunch a few times as well. We sat on the lanai and watched the ocean until the sun came up every morning and watch the sunset almost every evening. Lovely place!

Nice place in a quite part of Maui. Definitely need a car to get around. We loved it.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai late at night listening to the waves. Wish there was more sand in front of the complex but it was a very short walk to the beach. The lawn was perfect for sunbathing and our littles enjoyed the pool! Love that the condo was centrally located allowing us flexibility to see many areas of the island within a short drive. We'll definitely be back again some day!!

We enjoyed the central location with Lahaina north and Wailea south. The condo is on the ocean with unobstructed views. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, while listening to the waves. Great beach access. Beautiful view and sounds of the ocean!

We were apprehensive taking an island vacation with a 4 and 6 year old, but this condo was perfect. Right next to the aquarium and a short drive to all the areas we wanted to hit on Maui. All in all, this place made for a great stay. Only note to future renters, there is an elevator. Don't lug all your bags up to the 4th floor via the stairs. Lesson learned! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

A perfect location for long, quiet walks (or swims!) along the beach, while still convenient to busier areas to the west and south. The condo was exactly as pictured and very well stocked with thoughtful touches like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels, laundry hampers in both bedrooms, charging ports on the nightstands, and plenty of kitchen gear. The lanai was shady at all times of day, and we loved sitting there and watching the surfers and sea turtles. Definitely recommend!

Rented a beautiful, fully furnished, 4th floor condo right on the edge of the Pacific with a lovely beach next door. Location could not have been better. Jennifer was very accommodating and made the entire rental process a snap. This condo was far, far above what we expected and the description and photos do not do it justice. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Maalaea, Maui. Centrally located. Our condo had all the comforts of home. Kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. The only complaint from my kids was that one of the twin beds was very uncomfortable. One had extra foam cushion, the other did not. Also, the closet door fell off its track in the main bedroom, but other than that I have little complaints I would definitely rent from the host again 100%!

Our family of five had a fabulous stay in this well-equipped condo. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers. We also enjoyed using the grilling area adjacent to the pool. The air conditioning was appreciated on the hottest days. We loved watching sea turtles from the lanai, and the central location made it easy to get to all the things we wanted to do in Maui. We would recommend this to anyone and hope to be back again some day!

Great location and even better view from the unit's balcony. Photos aren't very clear, but there isn't a beach really directly in front of the complex, but there is a very nice beach just a short walk to the Left of the complex. We didn't discover it until mid way in the trip. Unit was very well equipped with everything you need. Owner is very responsive and friendly.

Love the end top floor unit, quiet and great view for whale watching and sunsets. Condo had all that we needed and some things we didn’t expect to have :) overall great time, definitely would book here again. Loved the location, good center location to all things on island.

End unit right on the ocean. Not huge, but comfortable enough for our family of 5 adults. Lovely decor, high end furnishings, beautifully maintained and spotless. Kitchen was very well equipped (including some of the sharpest knives I’ve used anywhere). Beds had comfortable mattresses, sofa bed was okay for a sofa bed. Pillows were the big overstuffed kind, so if you like a flatter, softer pillow, bring your own. Bed comforter was too heavy for us. There were 2 extra lighter blankets but those were needed on the sofa bed. Unit was cooled by ductless wall units that were completely silent and since each room had its own, no disagreements on how cool the rooms should be. The shore directly below was rocky but beaches are nearby. Short drive from the docks for whale watching or snorkeling cruises. The days we were there were very windy. The unit is on the 4th floor, and if you take the elevator you have to walk a fair distance along an exterior walkway that serves as a wind tunnel. The 30 mile an hour wind made that walk a bit of an adventure, especially when carrying beach chairs, but there is a sturdy railing. Wifi was the fastest we’ve ever seen (850 mbs!!) and there were board games too. Very nice beach chairs and towels as well.

We enjoyed our stay with beautiful views of sunrise over Haleakalā, whales in the bay just out from the condo every day, moon and stars at night. Close access to long walks on the beach and good location for driving to other parts of the island. Quiet and relaxing. We would definitely return.

Very comfortable top floor corner unit with amazing view of Kihei and Wailea! This unit is beautifully appointed which made for many wonderful prepared meals during our stay. Whales, turtles and seals were seen daily. Easy access to Lahaina, Wailea and Kahului - restaurants within walking distance of condo. We will definitely try and stay here again with our family!

The condo was very clean. Washer and dryer were full sized which is a pleasant change from other condos. All the appliances were new. The beds were comfortable. The view is very nice, you can see all the way down to Makena and views of Molokini and Kahoolawe. Owner and property manager were very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. Definitely would recommend!

We loved our stay at Maalea. Convenient location, beautiful condo, steps from the (next door) sandy beach. The owner supplied a paddle board, boagie board, cooler and tons of amenities and great communication. We will be back!
