Very clean..roomy house..just perfect for our family! From the moment I booked in January until the time we stayed, the owner kept in contact with us..answered all our questions, made sure we had everything we needed. Love the open layout. Major plus was the beach towels in included, beach gear, boogie boards etc. comfortable beds.

Neighborhood was quiet the location was near a lot of places good access to the beach we will be coming back

The house was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

great house for a friends trip

The house is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and communication was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!! The only negative I would say is that we were a group of 5 and stayed for a week and were only left 2 rolls of toilet paper, so we ended up having to buy some which seemed a bit silly.

We were on a business trip and the property was perfect. I contacted the property owner when I had a couple questions, and they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back.

The inside of the property was just as advertised. There were little things that needed attention, the back porch and vinyl siding needed to be pressured washed and the vents in the bathrooms were dusty but other than that it was good. The thermostat would not go over 70 degrees but i contacted the host and it was taken care of in about 3 hours. We were alittle cold until then and had to put on our coats, but it was Christmas day so, it was understandable. Overall, nice vacation!

The home is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We love the short walk to the beach. Ready to go back!

This place was fantastic for our entire family of 7. The neighborhood and location were perfect and the property is a dream. The owners obviously tried to intentionally think of and provide everything you'll need for a great stay. Will return!

Excellent time was had on Sunsail Cir! Close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet and allowed for some enjoyable morning walks down to the pool. Property owners allowed us to check-in almost 5 hours earlier than scheduled which was amazing since we had our 4 year old and 9 month old fresh off the plane! Only downside I would say is we had to go to the store and purchase additional trash bags, first aid items, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Almost $100 I wasn’t planning on spending. Not a huge issue, but when you’re expected to have laundry done, dishes cleaned, and trash taken to the curb without additional fees incurred, I would’ve liked to see these things at the residence. Fortunately, the next visitors will get to use our items since we couldn’t take them on our flight home! All in all, the trip was fantastic and my daughter is already asking when we can go back to our “Florida Home.”

The house was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with the girls! It was so spacious in the kitchen/living room area. The outdoor patio was the place to be in the evenings. It was very clean and such a smooth check in. Lou was a great host! He communicated quick and efficiently every-time we had any questions. He was even able to accommodate an early check in which was a life saver. The beach is a quick walk from the house. The chairs, wagon, and coolers provided in the house made our beach day so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lou provided us with everything we needed and more. The property was so clean on arrival and communicating with him was a breeze. The walk to the beach was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The provided beach cart and beach towels made our trips to the beach even easier. Will definitely be back!!

It's quite the stretch to the beach on hot days but the walk is beautiful, but I love architecture! We enjoyed the community pool, friendly people to talk with there, the neighbors are very nice, home was very clean, relaxing uncluttered decor. Best part is the patio, gorgeous and relaxing, not a single BUG and bluetooth stereo system, we all loved it!! 😁 Also..Thanks for the beach chairs and umbrellas, even a mini cooler we could use. Much appreciated. 5 stars!

We had the best time during our week long stay! The house was perfec for all 9 of us! Everything and more than we could have wanted or needed. Great quality kitchen items, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Location was spot on. Hosts were amazing with communication before and during the trip and very accommodating.

My Family and I really enjoyed our stay, The place was really nice well kept. The location was perfect it sits in the center of everything. If you and your family want a nice place with plenty of space that sits in the middle of everything this is your place. The neighborhood was nice. We are already planning our next trip.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Scarlet House in Sunsail. The home is super clean and close to a lot of things. The kitchen has everything that you need and more! The appliances, dishes, pots & pans were all great quality as well. The porch was our favorite when we were at the house. We spent the majority of our time on the back porch enjoying. The neighborhood was super quiet. The host communicated promptly. It was wonderful bonus that they provided the necessary items for the beach. We did not have to bring ours. We did rent a golf cart to get around to the beach. The only negative would be NOT to rent from Electric Beach Gold Cart Rental. We had a very bad experience with them. My husband reserved and paid in full for a golf cart weeks before our arrival. When we went to pick it up, they had us scheduled for a different date and had none available for rent. They refused to refund us the $500+ even though we had no golf cart! They were completely sold out because it was Spring Break. They said that they don't do refunds and was very nasty and snarky about it. They did not even offer to help us locate one. My husband is currently disputing it with our credit card company. We spent hours trying to locate an available golf cart for rent. We were finally able to locate one. The new company provided prompt and friendly customer service. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to stay at Sunsail.

We enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable ,everything was clean and we felt at home the kids Loved the House. The house has everything and is close to the beaches.I will return again on the following vacations. Thank you very much. Louie Williams:)

This house, with it's large kitchen and open floor plan, was PERFECT for our family gathering. The back patio was such a nice additional space to grill and hang out and enjoy the ocean breeze. The house was super clean, which was MUCH appreciated, and the kitchen was stocked with everything a family would need to cook for a family get-together! The living room was open and comfortable, even for our large group, to settle in for movie night after a long day at the beach! Alos, Lou was wonderful, and made himself available for any questions or concerns. Truly a wonderful experience... 10/10 RECOMMEND!

The home was very clean and in a very convenient location. Decorated well and felt comfortable all throughout the home. Beautiful interior and a great entertaining space in the backyard. Would definitely stay again.

The photos of this home do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless; I am a clean freak! The rooms were all set up beautifully. The outdoor patio, where we spent a good amount of our time, was the highlight. The open design from the living room through the kitchen and into the dining area was brilliant and the center of some of our finest moments together. Not only was the home perfect, but the items that the gracious host provided were perfect. High quality chairs, beach towels, a wagon for lugging all the stuff for the crew, coolers, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. As most of you can relate, we have waited all year for this vacation. And when you spend your hard-earned money on something, you want it to be perfect. This far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Lou and Kenley for making this week so wonderful for our family!
