Everything was really nice, be aware that the only bathroom is upstairs but if that’s not a problem, I’d highly recommend this place for it’s amenities, charm and distance to both Mayo campuses.

We stayed here during a trip to Rochester to visit the Mayo Clinic. Incredibly fast communication, comfortable home and couldn’t be more convenient for Mayo Clinic appointments. Highly recommend.

Tim accommodated our needs and was a gracious host. Comfortable setting. Much better than waiting in hospital. Affordable price and close to St. Mary's Hospital. Lots of parking in driveway. Would stay there again!

Beautiful house with three bedrooms, renovated bathroom and huge washer and dryer. Gorgeous hardwoods throughout. Close to everything and host was always available for questions. Wonderful!

This charming property was very clean and comfortable. It was we well stocked with everything we needed. the fenced in back yard the deck and sunroom was perfect for out family! The location was perfect for our Mayo appointments. A 15 minute walk straight to the Mayo downtown campus! Would definitely would recommend renting this property. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Also, the neighborhood felt very safe.

I have had to make a lot of trips to the mayo clinic in Rochester in the last year. I have always stayed at a very comfortable hotel. This time I thought I would try renting a house. I’m so glad I did. These trips are quite stressful. While the hotel is nice enough, this house was so much more relaxing. Space. Interesting character of the home. And the backyard was wonderful. A quiet place to hang out in, with some bunnies. The owner was remarkably responsive to my messages and questions. Extremely pleased. And you will be too.

Great home to stay in while attending appointments at Mayo clinic. Very clean and comfortable.

This was a great place and location for my recovery. Kitchen has everything you need to be able to make home cooked meals with a grocery store close by as well.

My sister and I stayed for 4 nights to get testing done at the Mayo Clinic. It is literally just down the very street the house is on. It is newly remodeled but has classic charm Lots of room for sure the only inconvenience was the only bathroom is in the second floor with the bedrooms. This is nice for during the night but a little inconvenient for restroom runs during the day. Overall absolutely loved it. 2 large porches/patios to enjoy the nice weather we had. Lots of little extras and lots of dishes and cooking utensils. We would absolutely stay again. 6 stars. ( management was also very responsive to any questions we had!)

We booked this listing because it was within walking Distance to both Mayo campuses. Also close to restaurants and grocery store. We had a family member who had surgery and then recovery for a week in the hospital. The location was perfect to allow family members to visit and spend a night or two. The house is very well appointed and the host was very responsive during our stay. I would rent the house again without hesitation.

We had an enjoyable stay - even though it was traveling to doctor! The house was on a quiet side street and large enough we could get alone time without disrupting each other. We played games and watched TV and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen! The weather was nice but it was nice to have a place to park off-street in the winter. A beautiful home with lots of charm that made the travel more like a vacation!

4/10 of a mile from doorstep to Mayo Clinic / Gonda Bldg patient dropoff. We had daily visits throughout the week and the property couldn't have been more convenient. Plenty of space for 3 or more in a truly charming multi-level home property with modern conveniences. We lacked for nothing the entire week. Peace and quiet at night, shopping nearby, and a health care center of excellence literally blocks away straight down the street. Tim's (host) communication and attention were spot on always. Thanks for the wonderful lodging accommodations so we could focus on the primary purposes of our trip for the week - training and healing.

Wow what a beautiful home!! Everything in the home was well taken care of and the overall decor and feel of the home was so much more than can be relayed in an online review. The beds were super comfying even though we only used one and all of the amenities you could think of were there. The neighborhood is wonderful and so convenient to anything downtown or really anywhere in Rochester as it is just close enough to the main thoroughfares without being too close. Anyone needing appointments or stays near any of the Mayo clinics or St. Mary's can't go wrong here. Can't stress enough how absolutely beautiful this home was. Absolutely would stay there again and again and again.

Stayed at this beautiful home for over 2 weeks. My husband had surgery and it was such a comfort to come home to our own place to recover. This house is warm cozy immaculate and has everything you need. The hosts are a dream, they have thought of everything.

Communication was great and nice property just down the street from the clinic. I'm a slow walker and still a easy walk in less than 15 minutes. Quite neighborhood with easy access to most everything.

Wonderful home and great location.

I shared this house with two friends for the summer as we were all interns at Mayo, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The house is super close to Mayo, and the walk was peaceful and felt very safe. House was at a great location and was very close to everything which was nice. Neighborhood was quaint, and the house was spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and there was ample parking. This home was everything we needed it to be and more!

This home is the perfect location for Mayo families. I greatly appreciated having a comfortable place for my family that was close to everything that I needed. We will definitely stay again, if we need to return.

We stayed here for a procedure and some appointments our son had at Mayo. It was perfect! Easy and quick to get to the hospital and the clinic, so much space for us 4 to spred out, our boys loved the attic space. It was a very cozy house! The best part was Tim was so helpful and answered any questions quickly, he was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back if our son has more appointments.

Tim’s home was perfect for our family of 6. The home was clean, easy to access, and bonus that it was only two blocks from St Mary’s Campus. Communication was smooth.

Micheal and Tim were always available and helpful. Ready to answer any and all questions that we had during our stay. It simply was a pleasure staying at their home, it was like being at home, even though we were away from home😄 on top of it all we had a pet bunny in the backyard visiting us almost every day and we could walk to every possible location we wanted to . Resturants etc!!! and couldn't have had a better experience.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this charming place during the last 10 days of February 2023, while she attended medical appointments at Mayo. The furnishings and decor were warm and comfortable (especially during the blizzard!), and the appliances and kitchen items were all newer. Loved the convenience and character of this beautiful old home. A perfect place to return to after long days of medical tests or sightseeing adventures. We did not have a car, but yet managed to walk the 2-5 blocks distance to the two Mayo campuses- even with the snow- thanks in large part to the owner arranging for the driveway/front walkways to be shoveled and the mostly clear neighborhood sidewalks (especially across the street). The owner was very helpful, quickly responded to inquiries, and has done a beautiful job of restoring and updating this gem. Will definitely look to stay here again should we return to Rochester. Highly recommend!!!

It was a perfect place for us to be. My brother had triple bypass w complications at Mayo hospital 3 blocks away. Family came from 3 different cities in Iowa to be together and give support. Because of being in a home together, we were able to have dinner each evening and laugh with each other to lighten the situation. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. If the situation ever arises again, we will try to come back to the same house. Thank you very much.

This comfortable, well-furnished home provided us with the perfect oasis while at the Mayo Clinic. It is conveniently located - easy to get to Mayo as well as restaurants and a grocery store. Appreciated the simple amenities left for our use. House was clean and comfortable. It was so nice to return ‘home’ after various appointments - so much nicer than a hotel.
