Communication with the PM was very good, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, neighborhood nice, pool table very nice. There were games, which was nice. The house was clean, but just had a general sense of inattention to maintenance. I was told ahead of time there would be bedding for the extra beds - while there was duvets, there were no extra sheets or pillows. Big disappointment was the ping pong table was broken/dirty, didn't even have a net. Backyard wasn't clean or welcoming. I cooked 2 dinners and that was very unpleasant due to limited kitchen tools, tons of empty drawers, entire categories of kitchen basics missing such as serving utensils, main cooking utensils, dish towels, large pots/pans. This house would be great, if all of those things were addressed.

Great house and location. Definitely could use more love though. Living room couch, is tremendously filthy and stained. We didn’t even enjoy area due to not wanting to sit there. Master bedroom’s bed, (left side particularly) could be changed as well. Uncomfortable. Master bedrooms shower was also clogged and water was filling up. Host had to come out to unclog it. Then we had the toilet leak. AC was not working. Spent 2 hot nights because host said that it was working. They sent someone 2 days later and fixed the problem. Backyard is beautiful. They supplied games that we enjoyed and also pool floaties. Pool wasn’t clean when we checked in. We notified host, but was given the excuse of the trees. Come to find out, pool guy was not there prior to us checking in. They did send someone couple days after to clean pool. Overall, house is beautiful, but could use a little more love. Host’s attitude wasn’t the greatest. Jose was really nice. I think most importantly, they need to hire a new housekeeper that reports these issues to them before allowing another family to come in and end up with issues.

My groomsmen and I stayed here before my wedding - the listing said 11, but that was based on a count that assumed two adults would share a full bed. There were two full beds that they counted as sleeping four total - we ended up having to use a mattress from the garage that didn't have sheets in order to have beds for everyone. Other than that the property was fantastic - just don't bring more than 7 adults.

Very nice and comfortable. We had everything we wanted/needed. We would stay here again!

The house was beautiful, as described and the photos were accurate, plenty of space to park and was very easy to navigate. The beds were sooo comfortable
