Unfortunately it was double booked the boat owners blamed booking.com and booking.com blamed the owners we were only contacted when we were about 5 mins away absolutely shocking we were offered £22 compensation and on reflection that's really poor myself and my wife had booked annual leave for this trip and the fuel cost involved also my young daughter devastated as she was very excited about this trip so all in all a disaster through no fault of ours

Handling of situation

Everything was perfect and the hosts are unbelievable. They have a lot of little details that make you feel special. Fully recomended

Everything is really good. The boat is massive and has heating everywhere. It's kitchen is fully equipped too. Steve was an excellent host, was very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Would love to book again this coming summertime, bet it's more awesome with sunny weather around. It's a plus too that it's located near a shopping mall and has some restaurants around it.

Maybe the fact that uber eats couldn't locate the exact location bur otherwise everything is great.

We just loved the yacht experience, it was a special stay with our 3 grandkids making special memories, it was just amazing.

There was not one thing we disliked.
