Brak kontaktu przez WhatsApp, telefonu też nikt nie odbiera. Niestety ale standard pokoju znacznie odbiegał od tych na pierwszych zdjęciach. Łazienka w starym stylu, pleśń w kabinie prysznicowej. Na dziedzińcu pełno worków ze śmieciami. Nie polecam.

Preço baixo; localização ideal. Situado em Corvin negyed, tem linha do metro (M3) que dá acesso a pontos turísticos importantes da cidade. Autocarros e linha do elétrico, mesmo em frente ao apartamento. Uma casa de câmbio, mesmo ao lado. Tem também um supermercado Aldi muito perto (uns 120m).

Edifício escuro, sombrio, pouco cuidado e mal sinalizado. Cheirava imenso a esgoto. O apartamento era bonito e moderno, mas com péssimos acabamentos. O aquecimento na casa de banho não funciona; os talheres que estavam guardados na gaveta estavam sujos. Notei também algumas incongruências, como: ter panelas, mas não existir fogão; ter um móvel com cruzeta, mas não ter barão para poder pendurar a roupa. Quando lá chegamos o apartamento estava com temperatura agradável, contudo desligava se durante a noite e de manhã o apartamento era gelado (estavam temperaturas negativas lá fora). Telefonei várias vezes ao proprietário, nunca me atendeu nem retomou as chamadas.

Bad experience. I arrived at night after a long flight to find that the huge window in the room has no blinds. They had one of the thin see through curtains on but no blinds so everyone could see inside the room at night. The room is quite small and the window is directly looking at the bed. As a woman I felt uncomfortable knowing that anyone can see me, there was no privacy at all and I didn’t feel safe. Also, the radiator was so weak that it did not warm up the room, I was sitting there in my winter coat in the cold, trying to reach the property on the phone (as there was also no reception desk). I talked to someone who told me there’s nothing they can do about it at that point because it was late and that they probably won’t even offer a refund if I cancel. I also tried to reach out to booking.com and they couldn’t reach the property owner about the case. I told them to cancel and I booked another hotel and left. In addition, the room was run down, lots of marks and stains on the wall, you could tell that they don’t maintain the property. Terrible experience and I can only hope I get my money back.

New appartment but very very small and uncomfortable

The location wasn’t very good and it wasn’t clean. The room is very very small and uncomfortable. The shower didn’t work properly and towels were broken. The kitchen dishes were not cleaned. In addition the sheets and pillow quality were not good.

Das kleine Apartment war schön und modern eingerichtet, sauber und hat uns einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ermöglicht.

In 80% der Fälle war die Tür zur Straße offen und die Tür zu den Apartments war IMMER offen, wir haben versucht sie zu schließen, es war aber nicht möglich. Wir haben schon mit einem mulmigen Gefühl dort übernachtet. Außerdem hieß es Schampoo und Duschgel seien vorhanden, was auch nicht der Fall war. Außerdem war das Apartment sehr hellhörig.

Bon emplacement ! Bon rapport qualité prix ! Propriétaire ok pour Check in avant 14h et pas de frais supplémentaires ! Parfait pour un couple !

è vicina al centro e c’è la fermata della metro di fronte

non era come mostrato nelle foto, minuscolo e senza fornello per cucinare, io e mio moroso che avevamo deciso di mangiare il pranzo in appartamento per risparmiare, ci siamo trovati a dover mangiare fuori a tutti i pasti. sopra alle scale, intorno al letto c’erano i tubi di acqua calda dei termi degli altri appartamenti tutti intorno al letto, quindi faceva caldissimo, abbiamo dovuto dormire in intimo o con la finestra aperta per respirare perché gia era minuscolo, in più non si respirava dal caldo. non parliamo della mancata pulizia in tutto l’appartamento. nella foto era presente il divano al piano terra, ci siamo ritrovati con un tavolino attaccato al muro e due sedie di plastica. il wifi era inesistente, non siamo riuscito ad accedervi e cercandolo non usciva neanche il nome a cui mettere la password. nell’atrio della struttura c’era pieno zeppo di sacchetti della spazzatura da buttare e mentre si salgono le scale c’era una puzza di fogna indescrivibile che arrivava anche all’interno dell’appartamento quando aprivi le finestre. abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura pensando ci fosse un errore e non hanno mai più risposto, senza parole!!!

La chambre était très cocooning. C’était comme à la maison C’était très bien décoré avec goût.

Мы не успели насладиться «отдыхом», так как потолок в этом номере старый и потек в 23:30 ночи, нас и наши вещи затопило, когда мы ложились спать. Хозяин никак не помог решить данный вопрос, мы просили переселить нас, но он никак не реагировал.

По итогу мы сами сняли ночью другой отель, так как в номере безумно воняло сыростью и матрац был мокрый, как и наши вещи. Хозяин отеля еще попросил поставить 10 балов за проживание 😂

Gute Raumaufteilung trotz wenig Platz - hat uns gut gefallen

Wir waren tagsüber nur unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft tatsächlich nur für die Nacht genutzt. Wären wir tagsüber auch im Zimmer gewesen, wäre es auf die Zeit zu viel geworden.

Priestranný apartmán

Nefungujúca elektrina a topenie. V piatok vypadla elektrina ubytujuci nezdvíhal telefón čiže nulová komunikácia snim a v apartmáne bolo 13,5-14,5 stupňa V noci sme museli spať v mikine a s čiapkou na hlave. Na další deň nikto neodstránil daný problém a tak nás čakala ďalšia noc v chlade nehovoriac o tom že pravidelne vypadávala alektrina.

El apartamento se encuentra a unos 25 minutos andando del puente de las cadenas y a 5 minutos de la línea 3 de metro que comunica con las atracciones turísticas más importantes de Budapest. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y nuevo.

Viajamos del 12 al 16 de diciembre y por tanto, la calefacción estaba dada, lo cual se agradecía muchísimo. El único inconveniente es que al ser un espacio pequeño con la cama en alto, el calor se acumulaba arriba y podía ser agobiante (optamos por dejar la ventana abierta un rato para que el calor no se acumulara tanto).

Amazing place and very good location, close to one of the main tram lines and to the metro M3. The host was extremely nice and ready to help.

Apartment has complete set of items of what you need for a short stay.

There was a problem with the door lock systems when we arrived and it was not communicated ahead properly. When we called, the staff seemed helpful on the other line as I tried to explain to him that there seems to be a problem in the keypad security lock. There was a clear impression on his tone of voice and explanation that we were just not following check-in instructions sent to us, and he kept repeating that we should follow it. Only when he realized that the apartment we are in had problems then he became considerate. I read from most reviews that the staff was easy to communicate with but from our experience, it was in contrary. They did not reply right away to my messages both in whatsapp and booking.com app. In the end they asked for a top rating review in exchange for voucher.

A tastefully decorated, clean & comfortable little apartment, providing everything one could need while visiting Budapest as a tourist. Loved how the original features of the building have been incorporated into making a modern, functional & tasteful little apartment, even utilizing space to the maximum in a way that it keeps it very comfortable.

Unfortunately this particular suite of this property only has natural light from the courtyard; but perhaps others of the remaining 5 suites have windows to the street, making them brighter. The lovely & thoughtful many forms of lighting in the suite plenty made up for this though for a short stay.

Igual que en las fotos. Lo que ves es lo que te encuentras. Súper limpio y muy amplio.

Está en una calle por la que pasa el tranvía de modo que, quieras o no, lo sientes a todas horas. No muy recomendable si tienes el sueño ligero.

antresola- mimo że obecny był działający nawiew na antresoli, nadal było tam duszno i gorąco aneks - informacja od właściciela że nie można gotować (?), skoro jest aneks i płyta to dziwne wymaganie jedyne okno w pokoju wychodzące na klatkę schodową- przechodzący ludzie mogą podejrzeć co jest w środku ;)

Nincs klíma, ami engem személy szerint nem zavarna, viszont ablaknyitásra a lakás az utca zajaitól élhetetlen, aludni szinte lehetetlen. Hogyha mégis sikerül annyira kimerülni, hogy màr semmi sem zavar, akkor viszont reggel, az amúgyis szokatlanul korai 10 órás check out előtt a takarítónők már egy órával az ajtó előtt ordibálva beszélik ki a magánéletüket, majd az én esetemben 10.00kor KOPOGÁS NÉLKÜL be is jöttek. A galérián lévő ágy törött, nem volt tul hivogató, így a foltos kinyitható kanapén aludtam inkább, törölközőkkel letakarva. A TV nem működött, és segítséget nem kaptam.

I liked the position of the appartment.

Several things are pretty bad. First of all - bed, this is not acceptable for renting, the bed is all beat up and broken, small and uncomfortable. Stale smell in the flat is bad, ventilation is on all the time, boiler is making noises 24/7 (keeps waking you up in the night), windows are looking at the building hallway not outside. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are used to sleeping wherever!

Location, very close to metro station line 3. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very easy check in and check out process :)

Creaking bed

I liked everything about my stay at Florence Downtown Apartments

The apartment. It was clean and tidy. Only that was ok.

The apartment complex it is situated on the main street directly, man can not park car there, it has by itself to find parking place, which is very difficult. First when you are new(tourist) that is mission impossible in Budapest, secondly everywhere the signs are in Hungarian language written... Total chaos... I was looking for a parking lot for 2 hours and in the middle of the night. Then it has no name sign of the apartment complex. You can not find the building. We were tired, me and my husband, and instead someone to meet us on arrival, we had lost more than 3 hours to find the place! The landlord '' forgot'' to send me codes to enter in the apartment, (there is no reception), was very rude with me on the phone, had send me map from the place, saying I need alone to find the apartment, and after that, when I tried to reach him once again on the phone, was unavailable. At the end, one young man I found on the street, helped me to find the place. Then the landlord, Mr. Ferenc Sczanto, finally send me the codes. Definitely WILL NOT RECOMMENDED! NEVER I MY LIFE AGAIN!

Good place, clean and large

Didn’t clean the room until we arrived. No air conditioning Someone call me to open the door who said he was a previous guest…

I had booked this apartment to stay with my son as it had a bed plus sofa bed. Sofa bed was not set up and there were no sheets or bedding to do ourselves. In addition, it was very hot with no air conditioning or fans. The Wi-Fi code was not correct and the towels were poor quality and not changed during our stay. A small thin towel for a four day trip is not suitable. Bedding also seemed musty. The manager eventually responded when called and provided correct Wi-Fi codes and sheets and fan the next day.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, everything matched the photos. It's convenient that it's a few minutes from the subway.

1. The biggest minus that we discovered upon arrival was the lack of air conditioning :( in such weather it was impossible to be there without it. + I tried to contact the manager, whose number was sent to me, via WhatsApp, but no one answered me. No one answered the correspondence at booking either. 2. It was very noisy - it was absolutely impossible to be with open windows. 3. The absence of any accessories such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc. 4. The smell of dampness

When we came at 11pm there were other people ´s things. We had to get new apartment, which was much smaller and less luxury. We were told we would get financial compensation. However although I have called there and texted there many times, we didn ´t receive any compensation.

Here is a full list of missing facilities that were listed: safe, fan (it's really hot in the apartment could not sleep first two nights and the bed is extremely soft), room isn’t soundproof, bathrobes, shampoo and conditioner etc, proper kitchenware, bottle of water, chocolate/cookies and city view. Wi-fi also doesn’t work. And there was a very nasty smell at the entrance of the building. I can understand sometimes wifi doesn't work and smell is bad but if you look at the reviews you can see that it’s a problem that has been there before. Tried to ask the host about a refund but she/he ignored me. Overall the apartment at first looks beautiful but the building quality is really bad and seems not finished in some places. You can hear everybody who walked in the corridor. At the end the host tried to bribe me to give an apartment 10 star rating for 10% discount for next time but we will never go back there.
