If you want to visit the beautiful Oregon wine country then this is your place. Clean, great location to walk into Main Street, comfortable beds, checks all the boxes for sure. Would highly recommend!

This house was amazing. It was appointed perfect and equipped with everything you might need. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a cozy welcoming feeling but is not small. The yard and patio are wonderful. The location of the house worked out great for us. Probably our only regret is our schedule at home did not allow us to stay longer.

My women’s group spent two nights at this lovely home, and it couldn’t have been better. It’s beautifully appointed. The decor, the comfy beds and exquisite linens, the fully equipped kitchen, the backyard sitting area, the luxurious bathrooms - all wonderful. I would happily recommend this to anyone!!!

The Carlton Farmhouse was wonderful! Check in was seamless and Sarah was very easy to reach when we had a couple of questions. During our stay, our group of 5 friends had plenty of space to spread out as well as gather together. The listing pictures are beautiful but the real thing is even better. A short, easy walk to town. And we highly recommend the be Bocci court. Very fun!

This home is a great place for three adult couples or a family. Beds were very comfortable the home is generously appointed with most anything you need. The location is centrally located for wine tasting in the Willamette Valley. Carlton is a charming town with good restaurants and several exceptional winery tasting rooms.
Would definitely stay here again!

Our hosts paid attention to every detail, from a full coffee setup to every dish and utensil you’d need in your own home, shampoo in the shower and throw blankets for the couch, we were so comfortable! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the adorable Main Street of Carlton with wine tasting, restaurants and shops, and just a short drive to all of the surrounding towns and wineries. We loved our stay!

We had the best time at this cute cozy house! Every room had little touches like bath bombs in the master bath and blankets to snuggle on the couch. Every room was tastefully styled, beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. 10 minute walk to the bakery and so close to all the wineries. We will be recommending this property to all our friends and be back again.

This place is amazing - We were here for a family wedding and spending time with family. It was what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot - book it- you won’t be disappointed. This host has literally thought of everything a guest might need. The decor was comfy and cozy, from the spacious rooms to comfy beds. She thought of everything even down to having night lights throughout the house. The location was perfect walking distance to a cute little town. The people in the community were so kind to us. I just can’t say enough about this home. If we come back we will definitely rebook. Our family of 4, including 2 young adult children, really enjoyed staying in this lovely home! It was nicely appointed and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had great access to numerous wineries (be sure to book appointments to visit well in advance) as well as being relatively close to the Oregon coast for nice day trips. We enjoyed the short walk to town where there was a nice coffee shop and a gourmet bakery. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the charming Carlton farmhouse. It was an easy walk to the downtown Carlton restaurants and wineries. The listing is accurate and the kitchen had everything we needed! We had four adults in our group, and the house was perfect for us. This place has everything you could need and is absolutely adorable, too. Wonderful proximity within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and wineries downtown. The kitchen is very well stalked and even more beautiful than the photos. There were perfectly comfortable sleeping arrangements for the six of us ladies while we enjoyed a girls’ weekend. I can’t count how many times someone said what a great spot I found and how much they loved it. Thank you for having us it was a wonderful stay. We would all come back in a heart beat.

The location of this home is perfect - just a few blocks from everything in downtown Carlton. The home is equipped beautifully and has wonderful outdoor sitting areas in morning and evening. Communication was easy and we highly recommend considering this for your next stay.

Our stay at the Farmhouse was wonderful. So much attention was paid to details--fully equipped kitchen (including a huge spice rack!), well appointed bathrooms with rich soaps, cozy living room with games, even a very comfortable covered back patio with bocce ball. The yards are very private, with fencing around the back, and a nice tall hedge in front. The decor is simple, clean, and is perfect for a Farmhouse. The location is great for walking downtown, and for accessing many wineries. Part of our party arrived early; Sarah was very flexible about letting them in. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Farmhouse!

The house is adorable! There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and dishes. The owners were amazing when there was trouble with the AC. We could not be happier with our choice to stay in Carlton while in town for our son’s graduation!
