We loved this spacious, clean, newly renovated row home. Beautiful kitchen, appliances and gorgeous bathrooms! We loved all the Navy art work. Everything worked and the place was very clean. Great communication from host. And you can not beat the location, 1 block from the USNA in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Also, it is dog friendly, which was wonderful. A few misleading issues though. The rate advertised was tricky. An extra "host" fee almost doubled our real rate. I would prefer the bottom line up front, not a bate and switch technique. When a late checkout was requested, I was given an additional, expensive per hour fee schedule. Later, I was told a late checkout was no longer an option as they had a new tenant coming and the cleaners would be there at 11am sharp. We rushed to get out but had to go back later at 2pm because we left a wallet. The cleaners still had not arrived. Also, the advertised attic (and additional bedroom) was locked and the host would not let us see it. I was told it was only available to parties of 6 or more. I just wanted to see it for a future stay with a larger group. Overall, the house was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay. Would go back.

Perfect location and beautiful downstairs common area and kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms were large but one of the beds was a bit small for adults. Bathrooms were great but showers were a bit awkward to operate. Overall our group had a great stay.

This property was perfect for our friends trip to Annapolis. The house had everything we needed and you absolutely cannot beat the location. The place was clean and hit all 10 of us easily. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting Annapolis with a larger crew.

Very nice-extras in bathrooms and kitchen Beautiful kitchen. Convenient to every thing in Annapolis. Great place to entertain my nieces for a few days.

This is a fantastic, beautiful home just blocks from the USNA. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with management was excellent and they were very helpful. Highly recommend!
