Home was clean, comfortable and had a great yard! Good location! We were very pleased with our stay!

We have stayed before and liked it, it is close to family and friends that we can visit, close to parks to have outings. Just bring food and clothes and enjoy.

Smelled very musty! Neighbors barking dog woke us at 3am and barked most of the morning. Went to our event came back to barking dog again. Shower head leaked everywhere! Nice home but smelled and the neighbors dog we left a day early couldn’t handle the barking dog! Contacted owner and told we were leaving early. All she said was that she had stayed there many times with no problems. Use caution!!

We had a very clean and well kept visit. The house did not smell of any oets. The beds were comfy.

Very well organized and communication was great. She even had a Christmas tree and decorations up. Definately a great place to stay.

We were in town for Thanksgiving with family and decided to rent Dee's cottage. We could not be any more pleased with the experience! The house was VERY clean, the heater worked really well (especially for Texas people), and the shower temperature and pressure was good. The house had everything we needed (including liquid hand soap) and more. We even hosted Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was well-equipped to enable us to do so. We will be back!

Nice cozy little house, easy location

The place looked just like it was displayed on VRBO. It is very clean. It’s obvious the owner cares about this property. We appreciated the uniqueness of this 1930 home and the antique furnishings. Although the living room is adequately furnished, we would have enjoyed a cushy, comfy couch to relax in the living room after a full day. Overall, we were very pleased.

We were attending a dog show and had our two dogs with us. We stayed 2 nights. It was a wonderful property for us and the dogs. We mostly fixed and ate our dinners there and used the Bar-B-Que one night. It was very clean and had thick absorbent towels- a nice touch! The bed was very comfortable for two old folks with bad backs. I would recommend to anyone. Marrin & Bill Longmont, CO

Dee’s cottage was great. Clean, quiet and great location!

Property is right off Freeway easy to get to. Parking is a bit tight and difficult in the alley so best to park in the front. Truck construction company likes to park in the street and sometimes park in front of the property but still plenty of places to park. The place was very clean and spacious.

The house and neighborhood are peaceful and quiet. The house was beautiful and we loved our stay here!

Dee's Cottage is one of my favorites! Dena was very helpful and had everything we could want for our stay. Loved the yard and the home. Cannot say enough about how lovely she has put it together and it was Clean! Will use it again if I am back this way. maybe just to come back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

My husband stayed here while testing his dog nearby. He enjoyed sitting outside and having a yard for the dog. The house was just as described. He said he’d definitely stay here again.

Nice house, close to downtown. Walking distance to downtown and the State Capitol and some nice restaurants. Located in a nice neighborhood Couple of negatives, a couple a dogs next door who bark, but only once or twice, but just when you trying to sleep for just a little longer. and a front door and some windows that need a little silicone spray.

This home was perfect for our needs. It was in a quiet older neighborhood. The home has so much charm & uniqueness. The beds we're ultra comfy. It is well appointed. Our pup enjoyed the fenced backyard. It's close to all the attractions. Would highly recommend to others.

This was a really nice quiet, and relaxing place, it had everything we needed for our stay, we came for my sons wedding so it was great for my family to come together for visiting. Close to stores, museums and in a nice area, we felt very comfortable. It had a washer and dryer so we didn't have to go to a laundry mat, and it also had everything we needed for our stay the only thing we had to bring was food. I would defiantly recommend this home for family get togethers, or just a nice place to stay, its a warm and inviting home. So much better then a motel for sure! We will be staying here again in the future to visit our kids!!

Dee's is amazing. it is very clean and tastefully renovated. the house and the back yard have lots of amenities. If, I'm back in Cheyenne again, this would be my first choice for accommodations.

This is a perfect location for a stay in Cheyenne....within walking distance of the capital and downtown, etc. Its a beautiful neighborhood and its a very charming old house that has been tastefully decorated. We loved our stay!

Very clean quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. Host responds promptly to messages if you need anything.

Cottage was very clean, cozy. The futon was uncomfortable and definitely did not sleep two people, so was a very uncomfortable night for sleep.

We booked this for a softball tournament with 2 adults and 4 kids. It was perfect. We loved our stay, that backyard was beautiful. The pull out couch was not a normal pull out couch and we thought it would be a bit bigger. We made it work though. The other two beds were extremely comfortable. Overall it was exactly what we needed.

Enjoyed our time. Good experience.
