45 minutes out from arrival Time I received an email that there was an emergency with our booking. I called and was told they never received my drivers license which I told them I had confirmation that they had received everything took multiple attempts of my email in general information for front office staff to be able to locate my drivers license upon confirmation that they did receive it I was then told there was a water leak in the kitchen and that they had to cut the sheet rock out from behind the refrigerator and we would have to wait until all the work was done before we could enter the condo. we were then told the work was complete and housekeeping had cleaned. Upon entering the room there was sawdust all over the kitchen countertops from the sheet rock removal. The refrigerator had not been fully clean. There was food particles in the refrigerator and freezer. The shower had black mold/mildew around the floor in all corners of the shower. We had to go out and buy water shoes in order to take a shower due to concerns of the mold/mildew. This could easily be cleaned with bleach spray, so not sure why they’re not doing that. rest of the condo look nicely decorated and clean. Condo felt a little warm, but thought it was because the workers had been in and out although it was hot all night and the next day. Reported to front office air conditioner was not working young maintenance. Man came out, tested sensors on the door could not figure out why it was working said air conditioner maintenance would come. Nobody came out waited waited finally called the number that was provided in the binder which went to maintenance. The gentleman said nobody had notified him. He stated he would send somebody right out. Nobody came. Went down and spoke to front office. This was super stressful. We were down for a funeral had to get dressed in the heat and humidity. They stated somebody would come out while we were gone to the funeral to fix the air condition.

Air condition did not work, water, Link in the kitchen, kitchen and shower, not clean, no blind in bedroom window, sliding glass door did not work properly, front door keypad was very difficult to get it to lock and unlock multiple attempts even with following directions they provided.
