Woodfired pizza oven and the swimming pool

Big place with large bedrooms. Lots of different inclusions like the pool, outdoor BBQ, woodfire oven, fireplace, outdoor firepit. Very conveniently located in the heart of Berry, 1min walk from the centre of town.

The place was dirty, the kitchen had unwashed dishes and cutlery, and it was fairly dusty. The pool cover was also half in the pool, which was also dirty and there wasn't a leaf scoop to clean it either

The fourth bedroom was way too small for 2 beds . You couldn't even use the cupboard.Otherwise everything was great.

It’s a modern very well equipped property with beautiful fixtures and fittings. Beds were super comfortable, if a little high for older, frail guests, with superb linen and pillows. outdoor amenities are ideal in all weathers. the location was just right for my group of ladies.

I wouldn’t say there was anything we disliked but there was an issue in the hall bathroom with a very bad drain smell after heavy rain. there was also a few large cockroaches that decided to make an appearance in the kitchen, main bathroom and the hallway bedroom after the same rainy weather. It is after all located in countryside Australia.

Super location! walking distance of everything in Berry.

Just so much stuff in the house, it felt really overdone and impractical. The beds are really soft, white sofas marked, pure gold rimmed crockery really odd. microwave broken. Empty reed diffusers, cushions and plastic plants everywhere. Pool had a lot of leaves in it. one bedroom door handle kept falling off, some of the 8/9 light switches in main bathroom were loose. We were disappointed and felt it was not worth the premium price paid.
