Host not responding to multiple calls and messages, only responding once booking.com got involved --- and then complaining - quite upset in tone about me involving booking.com and raising cleanliness issues, telling me I knew where they lived, I should have just come up as there was no internet -(in the dark, not having been to the office or residence prior, up a dirt road on a steep hill without lights along the way - I decided to sleep early instead of working) - I believe being a guest comes with little to no inconvenience in exchange for money. And that one can rely on a provided phone number being responded to instead of copping a disgruntled host response. no internet or satellite for tv function first night, had to change my plans because of this issue and them trying to solve it uncomfortable hard dining chairs despite slippery cushions, and also very uncomfortable egg shape patio chairs not replenished insect and disinfectant spray dirty fridge shelves and surrounding floor, dirty microwave, stained and old water containing kettle, dead insects and insect poop and stains on walls, dusty, dirty windows, and tracks with old spiderwebs, dirty outdoor chair no welcome booklet with instructions, TV information had former owners contact number on

Beautiful location, very private. Fantastic facilities.

There were a few minor issues with the room but didn't retract from the experience. Light in kitchen was blown above the fridge area and the bathtub when filled with water sinks and detached from the tile on the wall. No matches left in match box.
