The staff on reception were really warm and welcoming. It makes such a difference! The hotel is well situated - 5 mins walk to the main part of town. There’s plenty of parking at the hotel. Breakfast was a very nice and full buffet. The room was perfectly good - nothing hugely special but it suited us fine for a night’s stay. The hotel gives free bike hire - this already saved us 15 euros or so. So, we were very happy we stayed here.....

Old rooms, old bathrooms, small!! Very basic. Plugs are old and there is only one in the room.

Room was a bit outdated and at first sight unclean when we entered late at night due to terrible yellow lightning and ugly curtains. However in daylight the room looked much better. The sockets were very old and we could use only one of them for the iPhone charger. They need to be changed. The breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff very attentive and the location of the hotell was very good. Near the beach and a 20 minutes walk to the harbour.

Old hotel but well kept. Very noisy and next to heavy traffic, however, double glazed windows kept traffic noice to minimum. Breakfast was less than average.

Nice hotel close to the beach and the center . Good experience

A very good hotel a little out of town around a 15 minute walk. We only stayed one night. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Good parking out the back and while it does have a lift there are stairs from the carpark to the hotel.

Hotel staff were wonderful. Good location, a block from lovely seaside promenade. Ten minutes to the center of shopping, restaurants, old town. Breakfast was delicious. A very nice stay.

Nice hotel, abit tired but that appears to be the norm around the town. To be fair it was out of season but still a lovely place to visit

Staff was friendly and a good breakfast was included. Location was good. Easy walk to the beach and main shopping/restaurant area. Approximately $10 euros taxi fare to the train station or a 30 to 40 minute walk depending on your pace. Only drawback was our partial sea view and patio being unavailable due to scaffolding covering the whole side of the building for annual maintenance. This information was not provided when booking the room. Fortunately, this wasnt a big issue for us due to being out on day trips. We would stay here again.
