We enjoyed our stay. This is a well kept gated community with a very clean and comfortable villa. The lagoon view, heated pool, kayaks and golf cart were a bonus which we really enjoyed. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank You Andy.

Beautiful location and owner is very responsive and accommodating. The cleanliness and aroma of the home was so inviting. Very safe option for small children. Balcony screened in lanai is very secure makes for a comfortable stay. All the pool and lagoon accessories were a huge bonus making our stay so much fun! Almost forgot to mention golf cart for getting around. You won't regret booking! Thank you Andy

We had a great stay at this condo. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 5. Very clean, comfortable beds, close to restaurants. Right outside the condo is a man made pond to Kayak on, absolutely perfect for my 10 yr old son- he loved it. The John Pennecamp State Park is really close by with very affordable Paddle Boarding and Snorkeling excursions. There isn’t any beach access inside the community, but we didn’t need it. We had a great stay, super enjoyable. Oh, and the property manager was very responsive 😊

This little cottage was perfect for my family! The abundance of things to enjoy both on the property and at near by locations was perfect. We will definitely stay here again( hopefully each year after this one!

Beautiful and super clean home! Our family had the best time and honestly we can’t wait to book this home again! So many fun things to do within the community, kayaking and snorkeling in the saltwater lagoon only a few steps out of the back door. Everything we needed was provided by the owner, Andy who was wonderful and very responsive. And, it was only a short drive to Islamorada!

Communication was superior which I always really appreciate. I was easily able to shoot a text and get a quick response with any question we had. The home was very clean upon arrival and we appreciated the little touches. This is a well equipped rental and has everything we needed. We loved taking the kayaks around the lagoon and enjoyed the pools. It was very quiet too, most people in the neighborhood didn’t get up and going u til after 8am and everything was nice and quiet at night. Over all we had a wonderful stay and appreciate the accommodations here.

Upon arrival, the home was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was crisp and worked very well. Beds were comfortable. My teens loved their bedroom with a view of the lagoon. We loved taking the golf cart to the jetty for sunset each night. We were super close to all of the activities we wanted to do in Key Largo. The lagoon provided hours of entertainment for all of us. Communication with the host was great, especially when we left a few treasured items behind and were able to arrange their prompt return. Above and beyond - highly recommend!

This property is absolutely amazing. There is an on-site marina, playground and 3 pools. The condo is plenty spacious and clean.

Very easy and accurate description

What an amazing host. Everything was just exceptional. Andy thought of EVERYTHING! I stayed with my 2-16 year olds my 3- 15 year olds and my 14 year old. There was enough beds for all of us and enough towels and hot water. 3 nights and we had all we needed. The end of our trip was at a "luxury" house and they didn't accommodate half as well as Andy did. Thank you Andy your are a #1 host!
