Amazingly clean. High end appliances. Great communication with owner. 3rd bedroom has tub shower bath and 2 full sized bunkbeds and an armoire no windows and connects to master suite. Perfect location next to Sebastian Hotel and on bus route to Covered Bridge snd Vail Village. Kevo key system took awhile to understand but it was convenient. HIGHLY recommend.

This place was in a great location and easily walkable to Gondola One and the restaurants in main Vail Village as well as Starbucks, if you can't get away from it - or Yeti's Grind in the Village which was an excellent alterative for your morning brew! The place was clean, easy to access, and very roomy for our family of 5. A plus was the heated locker for ski/board & boots at Gorsuch Cafe and heated floors in the bathroom! The owners were very nice and responsive to any questions we had before or during our stay.

This beautifully-decorated well-appointed unit was perfect for our family's holiday ski getaway. The location can't be beat- it is smack in the middle of Vail village, one minute walk from coffee, shopping and the best village restaurants. The ski locker adjacent to the gondola made it as convenient as a ski-in ski-out unit. Beds were comfortable, water pressure awesome and the hosts were exceptionally gracious and helpful. This is one of the very best VRBO experiences our family has had.

This is our second year in this property and it was just perfect for our family! Our granddaughter is 20 months and having a bunk room for her crib and a full kitchen for meals was so helpful. The location of the property is convenient to everything! We highly recommend this property. Hoping to be back next year! Thank you to the owners for making our stay just perfect!

The condo was super! All the rooms are spacious and each with its own bathroom. The full size bunk bed room was such a hit with the kids. Comfy beds, quiet location yet still feel like you are in the heart of it all. We loved the ability to store skis and boots at Gorsuch cafe too. The owners were super attentive and easy to communicate with. We would love to be able to come and stay again!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our New Year's ski vacation in this beautiful condo with great views, upgraded appliances and ample room for everyone. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. As an added bonus, we were able to watch the NYE fireworks at Golden Peak from the balcony. Thank you, Craig and Kim!

Modern and clean!! No extra stuff! Perfect location right in middle of town steps from best restaurants and 5 min walk to Gondola 1. Very attentive owners. Easy parking.

This was a perfect fit for our family of 4 and we did not want to leave! The condo is well appointed with all amenities/appliances that most travelers will need, along with some very nice extra luxuries like heated floors in all three bathrooms and a ski locker at the Goresuch Ski Cafe near the gondola. Owners Craig and Kim were so helpful and communicative throughout our stay and provided perfectly detailed written instructions covering everything we needed to know. The location is OUTSTANDING with everything in both the Village and Lionshead easily walkable, plus the Vail bus stops right outside. Having a small deli/market and liquor store just steps away was also super convenient. The only downside to the excellent location is that the corner of Vail Rd. and Meadow Dr. is busy, so you can expect to hear noise from bus traffic, snow plows, and the occasional fire truck from the station nearby. This was not at all a bother for our family (including 2 young kids), but very light sleepers should take note! We have visited Vail for many years as both renters and owners, and we can't way to stay here again in the future. Thanks Craig and Kim!

If you’re looking for a centrally located condo with all the bells and whistles, look no further. The layout of the place is perfect for a family with little ones and added bonus having an AC in the living room! Highly recommend.

We hosted friends and family over the course of our month in Vail. The condo's two primary bedrooms were perfect accommodations for us and the Euro-feel kitchen and we'll furnished living area gave us plenty of room to socialize. The location was ideal for daily walks, hikes, day trips, restaurants and entertainment. Having access to The Sebastian pool and hot tubs was great, too. Our hosts were very responsive when needed. Highly recommend for couples or couples and kids (the 3rd bedroom is an interior room with bunk beds good for singles or kids but not as comfortable as the 2 primary bedrooms). We had a great time.

This property is a great find. You look right out onto one of the main streets of Vail Village - we could see the July 4th parade from the balcony. if you leave the windows open the bedroom facing the street can be noisy at night from the restaurant below and people passing by , but the unit has great air conditioning so you can close windows as needed. Getting in and out of the building is easy. Finding the parking garage (in another building) is a bit confusing at first but the directions are detailed. We really enjoyed the pool access at the Sebastian next door. The free shuttle stops just a few steps from the building so getting around is easy if you don't want to walk. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. There was a slight mix up about the cleaning services when we checked in and it was remedied right away. Overall this is a perfect place to spend a week enjoying Vail in the summertime.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful for our week in Colorado, we had a great time and the location of the condo could not have been beat. Oliver was great with communication and made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again!!

We never received detailed instructions on parking. Parking was very difficult. It was also extremely difficult to find the condo. I would advise that you provide those details in advance vs only putting them in the VRBO app.

From the minute we arrived, Oliver make sure we felt at home. The property has everything you need to enjoy a short walk to the slopes, dinner at local restaurants, or cooking at home. The family room with fireplace and balcony overlooking Vail Village and the mountain make evenings feel extremely quaint. We contacted Oliver a couple times and he responded immediately with advice and tips to make the stay more comfortable. The ski valet locker at Gorsuch Ski Café Vail made skiing effortless. Yes we will come back!

Awesome property! The location is very good as well. You were equidistant from each of the gondolas. I would definitely recommend staying this property!

Communication with owner was great. In the heart of vail village and walking distance to all key locations for dining, shopping, and skiing. Updated appliances and decor were very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was the perfect size for our family of five and would have easily fit another person. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were great. Everything was super clean. Ski locker in the condo building and another one by Gondola One were great. Easy walk to the gondola. Access to the hot tubs and pool in the Sebastian was very nice. Underground parking for our car. Only minor issue was the noise from the plows in the morning. They start running at 5am on the dot, and it snowed every day we were there. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Really enjoyed our time in Vail. Condo was perfect for our family of 5! Would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo- we were traveling with family and it gave us a great place in the heart of Vail to stay- very close to restaurants and not too far from the gondola. It has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a third room with bunk beds- we really enjoyed the high quality bedding and towels. We appreciate better quality and higher end items and this place did not disappoint.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4, but could have easily held more. There really isn’t anything negative to say about it. Location was great, condo was modern and clean, parking was a huge plus that we ended up needing and using. We plan on staying here again next time we come to Vail.

Recently redone, the property is clean and comfortable. Excellent location but just far enough away from the central village to be quiet at night. Included parking and access to the pool/hot tubs at The Sebastian (bring your own towels) are nice perks. The owner was easily reachable and very accommodating regarding some weather related last minute travel changes. Could not be happier. This was our second time staying in this property and we would happily book it again.
