Property is excellent for families. Walking distance to small beach area, bikes provided, lots of small sport type gadgets on site to keep kids engaged. Sitting area above garage is beautiful but obstructed by crossing of power lines. Inside of house and rooms are extremely well decorated and maintained. I'd rank interior in top 5 of 75 VRBOs we have stayed at. Building of nearby house has lots of early morning traffic - Oct. of 2023.

Everything was perfect. Nice location near the ocean. Spacious rooms for a large group. Sun deck was just amazing for gatherings

Amazing trip. Only thing was no one put out the trash on Tuesday so by Sunday we were swimming in trash. I think the note said Saturday but I checked with neighbors and they said it is Tuesday ??

Thisgood Cove is pretty spectacular. The rooftop deck, speakeasy, and candy room were a big hit. It was the perfect home base to relax after a busy day at the beach or visiting the beautiful sites. I enjoyed having my coffee while walking in the cove during low tide every morning. The house is well-appointed and well stocked. We definitely hope to come back next summer.

Thisgood Cove was the perfect house for our extended family to spend a weekend in Kennebunkport! The house was spacious, updated, and well-stocked (details like the candy bar and extra toiletries/cleaning supplies). We especially loved spending time on the rooftop deck with views of the water and in the speakeasy after dinner. Although there are only 3 showers in the house, there are two extra half baths and mirrors in some of the bedrooms, so we were able to all get ready at the same time. We loved the location - on the quieter side of Kennebunkport with easy access to outdoor activities (beach right down from the house, walk along Ocean Ave, marina behind Breakwater Inn) and dining (Mabel’s, Coveside Market, Cape Porpoise Kitchen). Highly recommended!

This was an amazing property. It's situated on a quiet cove that was perfect for the kids to explore and splash around in. The house has EVERYTHING you could need and the hosts have made sure to leave extras in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, etc. We could not have been happier with the location, cleanliness and amenities! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at This Good Cove was great! We were there to celebrate our Mom’s 85th birthday. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space, but all of us kept hanging out in the Speakeasy, lol!!! This is a very clean home and it has everything!!! When they say well stocked kitchen, they mean it!!!

We surprised our mom for her 60th birthday and had such a blast at the place. It was the best place our family has ever had the pleasure of staying at. We can’t wait to come back!

Reviewer Comments: Nice but we were quite cold the first evening until the owner told us to use the other source of heating ( forced air ) whose control was on the second floor and this heating was necessary , every day .For security reason , a rope should be installed in the staircase for the first steps going down from the second floor .location , location , locationfew steps from Ocean !We missed two days elecricity ( friday and monday ) A small gas generator could be installed to have the heating pump working ...An automatic generator is available around Montreal for 12,000 $ , installed
