We loved our stay at the Haven. The house was furnished beautifully and was very clean. Check in and check out process was very simple and efficient. We had the best sleep we have ever had on vacation, the beds were very comfortable.

The Haven didn’t disappoint!! A charming a-frame tucked away near the end of a back country road. We usually vacation on the coast, but we wanted to try something different and Norris lake fit the bill perfectly. The lake itself is gorgeous and surprisingly quiet; even on the weekend. We went swimming off the dock, cruised the lake, tried a little fishing and had a few meals at Bubba Brews. Mostly, we enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing nature of this beautiful home. The Haven was very clean, comfortable and accommodating!! We look forward to coming back in the future when we can spend more time.

The house is amazing. The area is amazing. Nice and quite beautiful place. If you want a very nice and clean house that has everything, this is the place to get away too. Just bring food and you are good to go. We stayed for a week to celebrate my b-day and it was perfect.

The Haven is a phenomenal property, well appointed decor, well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed every area of the outdoor seating along with the fire pit and the dock area. This was a 3 night stay with longtime friends we have traveled with for 20 years, we all agree The Haven is #1 on our list moving forward.

We just spent the best week in Tennessee! The booking through VRBO was super easy; The owners responded quickly to the messages/questions we had about the property. They not only provided us with all the info we needed about the house, but also gave us very helpful info i.e. directions, packing lists, shopping, dining, marinas in the area etc... When we arrived, the property was exactly like in the pictures! I always get nervous about that but this house exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculate! We were welcomed with a nice bottle of Cabernet-Sauvignon ; As a French woman, I really appreciated the gesture. :) The beds were really comfortable. The house was furnished beautifully, which I am going to be stealing the design for my own house. (Hihi). I also liked that we were able to login to our own TV apps with their Fire TV. The fact that the Haven has Fiber internet was a bonus. We even could use WI-FI by the dock! The house had all the amenities we needed. We were 4 on this trip, all over 18 and the house could easily welcome 6 adults and 2 children. The view of Norris Lake was incredible! We felt like we were the only one facing the lake. What a peaceful area! The walk down to the dock is a little steep but easily accessible. I just had gallbladder surgery and was able to walk down without issues. New Tazewell is the closest town for food and quick shopping. It was nice on the way down to the property to stop by Papa John's and grab some food for that first evening. If you like Mexican cuisine, I strongly recommend La Esperanza in Tazewell.. Knoxville is about 1 hour away and it was nice to visit the city and do some shopping. We also returned a couple days later to visit the zoo. The weather was nice which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors, however, the lake water was still a bit low to rent a boat. But, no worries, we will be planning another trip in the future, but in the summer time so we can fully enjoy the lake. We enjoyed sitting by the campfire and roasting marshmallows and eating S'mores. I strongly recommend booking your next stay at the Haven, you will not be disappointed! 5 Stars all the way!!!

My family and I just loved this beautiful A-frame house on the lake. It was a perfect getaway during the holidays. The house was just like the pictures. Our host James was the best. We can't wait to come up during the spring or summer months.
