We stayed here for our annual friends trip to the river. There was tons of room for everyone and a lot of common living areas as well. Randy was very responsive with all of my questions and helped fix some minor issues that day. Our group of 20 didn't feel cramped in this house. The pool and basketball court was an added bonus.

My family had a blast, plenty of bedrooms for all, kitchen was huge with plenty of room for us to gather together for all meals and games.
Randy was an excellent host, and made us feel very welcomed.
Definitely would stay here again.

We had lots of questions, and Randy answered all of them within minutes. Even when the oven went out, Randy jumped over to see if he could help fix it. When he discovered it was beyond fixing- we had a brand new oven within the hour.
The home fit our family of 14 comfortably (with room to spare) and the beds were behind comfortable.
The house was great, the host was even better and we had the best time. If you’re thinking about Seguin, this house is a must!

We had 16 people in our group and had so much room! I loved that we could all sit at the table together. We were able to stay up and late and laugh but still not disturb the ones in the bedrooms. Great for groups

It was very pleasant stay. Family members enjoyed the lake even though the water level low.

The large ranch property with seven bedrooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The immense kitchen and dining area gave us plenty of room to get together. The open outdoor area was also nicely kept and offered additional areas to relax and enjoy ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for our family. Gave us the space we needed to celebrate our wonderful mother for her 70th birthday. We are a large family and this place had everything we needed right down to fishing in the river. There was plenty to keep everyone and the kids busy the whole weekend. We were even able to take family photos out in the yard. The kitchen was very spacious as well and my mother was able to do what she loves, to cook and teach the grandkids some of her recepies! This place provided us with the perfect opportunity to bond as a family, something we do not do often enough. Thank you for letting us stay at this great property and we would do it again next year if it was available in June!

House was just like pics, plenty of room for everyone. Randy was wonderful!

It was great! Just make sure to bring your own towels, and cleaning supplies. Two of the showers didn’t get hot just kinda warm. But besides that it was perfect for us. If something happened the owner was there to help us on everything!

With 16 people and a variety of ages, this house was perfect. One story, spread of with plenty of bedrooms and several living area. Kitchen and Dining rooms were huge. Several people could cook at the same time without running into each other and we all got to eat together in the same room. Coming in August in the heat, the canal was dry but they had a pool and you could walk to the river and swim or canoe. We used the volleyball and baseball courts, too.

The house was very spacious with plenty of beds for everyone. Also 3 TVs and lots of seating. Big kitchen. Great for a big group. Nice pool. The property manager was prompt attending our needs. The only inaccuracy was saying the property was on the river. There may have used to have been some water but there was no river.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house was perfect for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Lots of room for everyone. The house was clean. Randy was very friendly and responsive. We will rent again.

We have used this home 2 times now for an extended family get together. It works well for us but I do wish they had a charcoal or gas grill available for use.

Randy was quick to reply to any random questions I had before our trip. He let's us know ahead of time that the water was low which was fine for this time of year. The place is much more spacious than the pictures make out. It was a great place for our family get together on NYE. The kids had fun exploring the area with the dogs
