Nice staff who do their best but sadly a few things left to be desired. A couple of things didn’t t work in the condo such as the gaz fire

Spent 4 days here. Other than an issue with having to switch rooms the second day, everything was fine. Room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Had to fiddle with the a/c to get it running but wasn’t too frustrating. Overall would stay here again and would recommend.

The condo was clean and nice but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was insufficient cleaning and cooking materials

Take care with your reservation on line.... we were sure that we had reserved a condominium and on arrival found out that it was just a room..... luckily one condo was still available

THEY ARE EITHER 1) TOTALLY UNORGANIZED AND INDIFFERENT OR 2) GREEDY... Made reservation in April. Two weeks before stay, they texted me saying there was issue with payment (even though they had charged my card in April). Contacted them 3 separate times to which they said they'd get back to me. Finally day's before reserved days they contacted me to say my reservation in April failed. They stated they only had more expensive condos left at that time and I said I'd take that one at the April price as they screwed this up. They refused and only offered me a refund, they had a way to make it right but did't do it. Again...THEY ARE EITHER 1) TOTALLY UNORGANIZED AND INDIFFERENT OR 2) GREEDY. Either way I do no recommend Condos Vacances MSA Inc!

We stayed here while riding mountain bikes at Mont Sainte Anne. It’s a short ride to the mountain. Rooms are clean and spacious with a full kitchen. There are a couple swimming pools to cool off in after a long ride. This is our second stay here and we’ll be back again.

Nice place to bring your kids because the pool is amazing. We stayed in a room my boyfriend and I and it was average for the price in the area. I guess the condominium option is better.

This property was clean but the maid never showed up on day 2. There was construction going and the indoor pool was at a different location.

The apartment was good but expensive. I thought it was in canadian dollars which would have made it a better price vs quality.
The balcony wasn't shovelled though. But the apartment was very cozy.

Price does not match what you get. Moldy bathroom, old coffee machine and no services in or around. The Tv was less tan basic. Had to walk up 3 floors. Would not stay there even if it was free! Wifi was too slow to use. Overall very ugly.

Love that it was so close to the mountain. We also enjoyed the fireplace. Would definitely go back. Nice clean place to land after a hard day on the slopes.

I loved the location, lots of parking and decent recent right on site.
Rooms are a little outdated and I called ahead to confirm there was a microwaves in the room and was assured there was. Prepared breakfast food, since restaurant doesn't serve breakfast, to warm up and we DID NOT have a microwave.

Great location for access to Mont Sainte Anne, with view of the mountain from the porch. Spacious condo and nice outside seating area but bed and couch weren't very comfortable. Wi-fi was ok but not fast unless we were in the bedroom and TV wasn't connected to internet for Netflix etc. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed including dishwasher.

Great place to relax. The excursions we planned were close to our condo and amenities were easy to find. The beds were comfortable and the overall feeling was 'cozy'. The 'Resto Pub is within walking distance and the food is excellent. The only concern I have is the price. A little to 'rich' for our taste. Over $600 for two nights

The place was advertised as having 3 bedrooms. There was no bed in the small 3rd bedroom so my kids had to sleep on couch and chair the first night. The hotel staff was accommodating in that they provided a bed the next night. There is no internet, no DVD player and with the freezing cold the place was hard to keep warm. The kitchen had barely any cooking utensils so we had to buy some.

The chalet was not ready when we arrived. It has a lot of space but it is in poor condition. The temperature was below -20C and the heating system was not working properly. There was barely any isolation in the room downstair and we could feel the wind through the window. It was really hard to fall a sleep with the noise that the pipes were making. Finally we saw a mouse going through the living room while watching tv. We won't be back there.

Late check in was no problem. There was a full restaurant on site within steps of our door. Two pools! There was plenty of parking. The pictures on the listing were a little confusing, so I wasn't sure exactly what our place would look like, but it was exactly what I wanted. I would stay there again, and I would definitely recommend it.

We have stayed here before, in one of the condos so staying in their hotel room was a new experience. Would not do it again. The room was very old, including bedding. One day two we were advised that there would be no room service (because we asked) by day four we definitely needed the garbage emptying, new toilet paper, fresh towels and for the room to be vacuumed. Front desk assured me the room would be given a mini clean and it was not. The hours of the front desk aren't very long (9-6 most days) which when you are spending your days sight seeing can make it difficult to get in and rectify problems. This is a beautiful area and there are plenty of other options in the same of even cheaper price range that I would try next time instead

Very nice and quiet. Too bad pool was closed. Many ski resorts offer heated winter pool. TV in bedroom would only work if TV in living room was on, and can only watch same channel. Not really a second TV, but more an extension of one TV. Would prefer a deadbolt that can be locked from inside when we are in for the night. Otherwise a great place and would return!

overall it is a good place to stay, home like environment, we do not like outside food much , with cooking facilities this was satisfied. Management staff provided all the help.

overall ok stay. room assigned was adequate but did not match the pictures I saw of the resort. some of the rooms are in old style apartment type buildings with zero view. also no welcome wood for fireplace. I would consider returning given proximity to Mont ste anne ski hill and the fact room was clean.

Functional, but our unit did not have A/C (and it was around 30celcius inside) and the wifi did not work. Good for the rest of the year, but hot summer nights, not so much.

We booked this hotel for the pool, since we were travelling with kids. It was ok. It seemed there was an extra charge for everything, local calls etc. The Internet access was not great and kept cutting out. The restaurant attached was more like a bar and was extremely loud with large groups of people smoking right outside the outdoor patio. No ice machines. No breakfast.

those manager shall understand that reception speaker shall not be that loud and right undermy bed, hotel was empty so they could have put me in a different spot, reception girl did not understant my complain
