The location was perfectly close to where we wanted to be for the weekend. My family had plenty of space and we enjoyed the foosball table in the back room.

We got scared for a minute thinking we had gotten scammed when we first arrived. Booking.com gave on street number and an email from property management gave a different one. It was a relief when we got to the right one. Once inside there’s a musty smell right when you walk in. There was black mold inside the bathroom medicine cabinet where we were going to put our toothbrushes and stuff. There are plenty of towels and wash clothes, but some are visibly stained. The kitchen: There were 3 bamboo cutting boards on the counter with visible mold spores. I put those under the sink and out-of-the-way and Lysol the counter. I only used two pans for the two breakfasts that we cooked there. Both pans are pulled out of the cabinet with grease still on them. There is no vent for the stove. the whole house smells like whatever you cook. I opened the kitchen window to let some of the bacon smell out, but there were a lot of dead bugs and dirt on windowsill. Management company left some treats and coffee for us to use, however, coffee maker needs to be upgraded to one that has a built-in filter, or leave coffee with filter pods. I’m glad I brought instant. The living room has a futon and a pullout couch. The futon is fine when it’s on couch mode, but it is broken and doesn’t lock when you put it on bed mode. The main bedroom has a tv, but it doesn’t work.

Would loved it a little closer to sea wall blvd, but certainly not a dealbreaker! Would absolutely stay again!!!

I absolutely loved everything about this place and it felt very homey
