Super helpful and friendly host family. Hans and his mum helped me out several times and it was a pleasure to meet the family. The place had everything, was well equipped and super clean including new appliances, a big TV and even a washing machine. Rivas was an interesting small town with a nice square, church, park and a lot of small shops. I walked there every day and it took about 20 minutes.

Le lit super confortable, il y avait tout le necessaire dans la chambre et le coin cuisine. Deux epicerie juste à coté Des restaurants typique juste à coté. Pour 30 cordoba/pax vous pouvez prendre un taxi collectif pour aller au port du ferry pour Ometepe et pour aller au centre ville. Et 20 Cordobas pour aller au marché. La famille est tres accueillante, le fils Hanz est un bon tatoueur et il nous a beaucoup aidé.

There was no table to eat at. Just needs a little one

The host named Melissa spoke English and was very accommodating even drove me to town a couple of times when I first arrives. There is a convenience store across the road to get fresh water and other drinks.

The bed was not comfortable

maybe very close to the road so not very quiet in the morning - but nothing alarming 😇

Nice little one-room apartment connected to the hosts home. Washing machine is greatly appreciated! The host even provided washing detergent. Excellent air conditioning. Host was very quick to respond to my messages. Secure motorcycle parking!

Had some trouble finding the place located in a residential area, though the host responded instantly when I messaged him. Could use a table in the room. There's a kitchenette, pots and pans, and dishes, but nowhere to set anything or sit down to eat. It's a bit of a walk if you want to go into the town center, though the host offered me a ride. Cold water shower.

Super friendly host, good location to start your trip to Isla Ometepe and lot’s of space, including a washing machine ;) It’s a bit tricky to find (small street heading north from the 7me Calle, look for the tattoo studio sign)

You will hear the street, so if you have light sleep maybe bring some earplugs. Still very good value for money
