Overall a nice place. And enjoyed our stay.

Tidy, close to downtown and other attractions. Well furnished and clean with a big kitchen; nice to have a garage, too! Bedrooms were quite comfortable and have a second bathroom was very convenient.

The house was really nice. The host had everything we needed for our stay, down to Q-tips in the bathroom. The host was very helpful with us finding what we would need medically for my husband during the initial booking but there was no further communications from the host until the day of arrival, but she did provide detailed instructions on what we would need for our stay. We loved the house. The yard is fenced and you are able to park your vehicle in the garage. The location was just a short drive to all of the tourists attractions and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it.

Looked even better in person than pictures! Latasha was very helpful when I locked us out (oops). Close enough to Beale Street where we went for supper and entertainment! We’ll stay again when we go back!!

The pictures doesn't do this house justice it's even more beautiful in person. The host was very sweet and kind. I will definitely book again. I love this house it's so perfect...clean....and cozy...

Not clean, furniture broken and run down, bed in one room sagging and worn out. Bedding was not clean. Floors were sticky. I could go on but I think I made my point.

The house was nice, however the neighborhood was not. This was a quick layover stay. Checking in was a little confusing, and the door kept saying the battery was low. Was glad to have a garage and the neighborhood was not safe.

The only problem was access to the yard. The front yard gate was broken and could not close. The back yard was fenced in but to get there you had to exit the front door and walk around the house to the back to gain access to the backyard. Very inconvenient when traveling with dogs and bringing them out at night or early morning.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience!! Starting with Latasha she was so nice! The house looks exactly like the pictures very clean and she even had extra stuff in there in case you forgot something the garage was an extra bonus! When I come back to Memphis this is where we will be!!

Latasha's place was a nice break after hours on the road. Everything was as noted. The garage was a nice perk for unloading and loading. The fenced yard was greatly enjoyed by my furbaby!

Perfect home for our two day stay. Air conditioning was on and home was cooled when we arrived. Which we definitely appreciated. Home was close to everything downtown as well as the airport. Loved the fenced yard for the pups. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We’d definitely stay again on a future trip to Memphis.

The house was exactly what was pictured. A nice place not too far from downtown Memphis which is what we wanted. We had our own little spot for privacy and was near to all the things we wanted to do. Latasha was a great host. I had trouble at the beginning getting in the house only because I didn't understand. She was immediately on the phone with me helping me. Then throughout our stay she checked in to make sure everything was going ok. I have no regrets stqying here.

The house was very clean and met our needs basically. The kitchen was nice but you couldn't get to the dishwasher. The closets were not really useable as they were full of things already. Overall, it was a good place to stay and close to downtown.

We were very impressed with our stay at this property. Everything from the home's security and cleanliness to the comfort of the furnishings and amenities was fantastic.
We were three adults and one infant and we had everything we needed for our one-night stay. The instructions from the property owner were clear and easy to follow. The property owner also contacted us to make sure everything went well with our check-in with instructions to let them know if we needed anything. We truly felt well cared for, even though we never met the owner.
I would highly recommend this property to others, including adults and children.

We stopped on our way down to FL from WI. Nice small home, worked well for our family. Clean. Host communicationed very well when we couldn't get in due to batteries dying in the door code panel. Had games and tv options to keep us occupied and let us relaxe for a break in our drive.

This was our first stay with Vrbo and we didn't research the location very well so it wasn't ideal for our party however the house is very nice. The property manager keep in touch throughout our stay to make sure we didn't need anything additional.

We had a quick trip to Memphis and stayed for 2 nights. The property is very secure and had some special little extras that were very impressive.

A few issues arrised when staying here but they were quick to respond and help us through our stay. I appreciated them being very accomodating and making sure we had a good stay! I recommend staying here for your trip to memphis.

There were issues but Latasha was quick to respond and had them resolved quickly. Also, we stayed during a terrible ice storm which I'm sure contributed to the issues.

Owner was communicative. Amenities we're great! Cute decor. Bed was comfortable. Would benefit from more thorough cleaning and maintenance.

Went away on a girls trip. It was a good price for our budget, the location was a little further out than we realized but still just a short drive to get to where we wanted to go. The house was clean and looked just like the photos.
