Perfect location

We were very happy with the real estate agent, who was both friendly and helpful. The property’s location was a short drive to restaurants and shops, though it is a bit further from the main esplanade if planing on walking.

The location was highly misleading as the property was advertised as beachfront, yet you couldn't see the beach from the property, and the only access to the beach was either a lengthy walk or a short drive by car. The property is very dated and unclean, especially given the price, which made the experience quite disappointing.

Great location and close to shops and the beach, everything was clean and tidy. Great that there were utensils to use and dishwasher to clean.

Couldn’t find the remotes for the tv and ask the realtor and they didn’t know either, very unfortunate that we couldn’t use the tv. The garage door was very hard to open and couldn’t open it to store the car from the rain. The grass could’ve been greener for the backyard.

Position Space

Could be cleaner, dust in the corners especially the bathrooms. It’s is in need of a paint, carpet replaced & a revamp it’s old & tied. It looked better in the photos than in person. They need to put a mirror in the downstairs bedroom which could be lined as it was cold & no heating. It needs new appliances the frying pan is old plus it had no lid the Teflon is peeling. The upstairs toilet light switch is a health issue as it goes into the wall, we left it on it’s a danger hazard. We would go elsewhere next time
