This was the perfect place to stay with family. The view was amazing and we could walk to everywhere. Very clean and comfortable! Barbara

The freezer was leaking and the floor was flooded. I was asked to pull the refrigerator out to turn off the water. And no one came by until the next day when the leaking started showing up downstairs. When the plumber fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess I thought is was over. At that point I would have been satisfied and given an 5 star review except they unplugged the refrigerator completely causing food to spoil and drinks to go warm. And no ice. I was trying to enjoy my vacation but had to deal with that. When I inquired about why was it unplugged. Again I had to be the one to pull out the refrigerator and I plugged it back in. I asked why was it unplugged in the first place?!? That is unknown. One mistake that snowballed causing me to deal with this while on vacation is unfair.

This property was great for our family of 5 to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly SLO. Property was clean and as described. Great location in Cayucos with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back.

I would definitely return here and have a few times. Perfect views and has everything you need. Not the best for sharing with another couple as this unit didn't have a real door on the downstairs room nor a door between the downstairs and upstairs. Cleanliness was not perfect, but wouldn't stop me from returning.

We liked the place. Everything was very clean. I would say it would be nice to add some items for the kitchen like big bowls and a kettle, but otherwise, the place is perfect.

The Unit was as described, clean and convenient to walking to the beach and pier. Even though it is on the main road in Cayucos it was quiet. A wonderful way to start the day enjoying the ocean sounds, sunshine and people watching.

We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends and family and we will be back! My review would be 5 STAR if the patio had a little more privacy from the connecting rooms patio. The outdoor furniture on the patio was pretty worn and and had some staining, but still usable. Broken patio planter, reported to online chat. The partition separating our balcony from neighbors was falling over and basically non functional. I would highly recommend replacing with something more permanent adding more privacy from connecting patio. And something on the southern side of the patio separating it from the walkway that wraps around from the other side of the building. Weathered and torn transition strip going out patio door. Downstairs shower head had low pressure. Broken tile around toilet in upstairs bathroom. Most of this is very minor and none of it would keep me from recommending it or going back. And the price is very reasonable for what you get! Vacas's communication via text and email was very convenient. Sent door code the day before and even let us know our room was ready for check in an hour early. We ended up extending out stay an extra night. If it were available longer we probably would have stayed longer too.

We had the best time at this rental and the views really can’t be beat. We loved the convenience of walking everywhere and sitting out on the balcony. The only thing we wish we would have known is that the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an actual door, which was a bit tricky with kids but we made it work. Otherwise it was great!

I would highly recommend this place. The property manager was great. The unit was perfect for our weekend. Very spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Very well stocked. The deck was our favorite place to hang out. Plenty of seating, and the view of Morrow Bay Rock, all the way to the pier was breathtaking! The home was very clean, organized, and plenty of supplies for us to use. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to everything downtown. Including the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

This unit is perfect! Very spacious two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was wonderful. Fully stocked with anything we needed. The best part is the deck. Plenty of seating. The view was incredible! Great location. We could walk to everything downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to coming back!

Such a quaint, clean, modern place. We were impressed upon entering. I expected it to be a little shabbier on the inside, but the place was clean, bright, good beds and fantastic view of the ocean!

This was probably one of my favorite VRBO's thus far in Cayucos CA. The location was perfect and the Townhouse was exactly what we needed. Just to let you know if you book this particular room it has very steep stairs and may be problematic so some but for us it wasn't an issue. The townhouse was fully equipped for our stay couldn't ask for anything more. And actually there was only one thing I can make comment about and that would be to please have the Management look to making the upstairs bathroom door pocket door easier to close it was sooooo hard to close for some reason. Other than that we will be returning.....Thanks so much Pier View Suites we loved our stay !!!!

Lovely apartment BUT, it was VERY warm and only way to cool is to open the sliding glass doors to the bedroom. These doors ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, one foot from the bed..no screen , no gate, so anyone can walk into the bedroom in the middle of the night or whenever. We asked for more fans and perhaps security screens OR at least screen to keep out critters and got zip from management!

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and spacious. We really loved the balcony and spent a lot of time there. Just an fyi for people with injuries or handicaps, the stairs to the second level are pretty steep.

Great little town! The property overlooks the ocean. Everyone was so friendly and it was pretty close to SLO.

Great spot right in the heart of Cayucos! Beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Be prepared for a lot of steep stairs, no elevator for bringing up luggage. At least you’ll get a good workout!

Beautiful ocean front views in the center of town. Walls between are thin, so you are somewhat at the mercy of the noise levels of other renters. Very minimal kitchen utensils, such as no wine opener.

Nicely upgraded condo with fabulous bedding. There are a few small issues like a broken bath pocket door latch and a breaker going out if dishwasher and microwave are on at the same time. The views are wonderful seeing the ocean, Morro Rock and great sunsets. The balcony would have been used but behold it was raining. Great small town for antiquing. Limited dining out but good enough if you can combine using the kitchen which is what we did. The Sausage Shop is right downstairs, yum sandwiches and don’t forget Brown Butter Cookies down the street.
