We really enjoyed our stay and the views on this property! The host was great to work with and quickly answered any of our questions. The space was huge and plenty for our family with 9 total staying in the space. We were out and about for a wedding all weekend and wished we could have more time with the all the ammentities and nearby wineries! Beds were comfy, kitchen is stocked and spacious, and the pack and play worked great for our family. For those travelling into downtown Falbrook - we had a little confusion turning right out of the property and running into a gate that we were unable to get through. Always turn right down the mountain :) Also note that you are in a mountain, so the roads approaching the property are windy and steep for those driving at night.

Our daughter was getting married at the Tivoli Italian villa nearby and we needed to have a place to stay fit all the weekend festivities. We had a wonderful time and the house made it so much more enjoyable.

We came down to attend our youngest son's wedding. We had family and friends with us. The home is beautiful and appointed very well. Denise was available any time I needed to contact her. The check in was easy. We had plenty of room for our party and plenty of seating areas

My wife and I took our kids and grand kids away to Fallbrook, 12 of us total. The house was big enough to accomodate all of us. With the pool, pool table, and great entertainment system. We had a great time without leaving the property. Denise was quick to get back to me with any question I had.

The home was perfect for our group of 11. Large rooms and comfortable beds. The home is a bit dated and well-used but met our needs perfectly. Private, secluded in a beautiful setting with awesome views.

We enjoyed our stay at Denise home. She responded promptly to our few concerns. It is a very quiet place so you can truly relax. We were there during the month of July 2023 and the weather in this time of the year is not the most pleasant but, overall we had great time.

The house is spacious, we had 8 adult males on the trip and we had more than enough room. We pretty much hung out on the balcony and poolside the entire weekend. All the rooms have huge tvs, wifi is fast, kitchen has space as well. Perfect house to have a summer vacation at, im hoping they have availability so we can go back next year!

Pool was great, even without a heater. Property is nicely secluded. More than enough room for our group of eleven. Remodel wasn’t quite complete but we all enjoyed the property.

Beautiful spacious home, quiet neighborhood perfect place to actually get away but comfortable warm environment felt like home, GREAT HOST exceptional communication and assistance. Definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Great home. Great location

We rented this home for a family reunion with our married children and kids still at home. There were 12 of us . We traveled about 400 miles to the area. It was a nice size for our family. The dining table was large and good for our meals and games. Many pool tournaments were played on the pool table. The beds were very comfortable and the place was nicely kept. Our only complaint (which I heard from each person) was that the pool was not heated. It was one of the ‘required features’ our children asked for in planning our trip back in January. A few weeks before our trip we found out the pool could not be heated and the hot tub was not hooked up. This was a source of stress before leaving on our trip, the children asking me to find another place but it was too late to cancel. Our trip included drives to San Diego and Oceanside every day and upon return all wanted to swim. Needless to say, they were frustrated that it wasn’t clear to us that the pool could not be heated. It had been told to us that for a small fee it could be heated back in January but that was no longer an option available in May. This is our only complaint. We had planned to have a useable pool and that was not the case. The pool pump was not running and the water was murky. Several did a polar plunge for about 10 mins in the 53*water. Brrr. Denise tried her best to appease us with a small refund, which I appreciated. We would stay here again, once pool is useable.

This villa has amazing views and we enjoyed it a lot. Communication with property manager was also great and she helped us with everything.

This is a beautiful well priced property, in a quiet secluded part of fall brook. well stocked and well cared for with lots of options for staying home being comfortable or roaming the beautiful neighborhoods. Denise is amazing and stays in touch and really puts her focus on you enjoying yourself..
