Food was below average, too oily and too much costly! No proper food service available. Worst food of our spiti trip ever!

The position of the property. Its superb offering beautiful views of distant himalayan range. The rooms are nice but lack sufficient space. The best thing about the rooms are its balconies, but be aware of monkeys.

The staff, although gud at hospitality needs to take seriously learn parking management...the rooms numbers/cell no of people whose vehicles are parked at hotel premises should be known in advance to avoid delays in getting vehicles out of parking

Location is nice

Dormitory bed. It's not comfortable.

Quality of food was not too good and there was very less variety in food.

Room was quite good, Property is near main market. Breakfast was included in our stay which was really tasty.

Staff behaviour is not good, We have paid 300rs for heater and heater was so small it's not adequate for heating such big room and They have worst check-in process you have to go through long online process to check-in. In which they collect all the data. At time of check-in fellow travellers are also frustrated with this process. This can be improved.

Total cheating in the name of breakfast. Very bad experience. They charged Rs. 500 for breakfast even with complementary free breakfast. You should mention what and how much you provide in free breakfast.

Breakfast was just burnt toasts with nothing extra, the rooms are not heated is just cold.

Food options were quite less. And they didn't serve everything that was mentioned in menu. Also the taste of same food item was different when ordered again. Also, the biggest disappointment was that they served only one quantity of one particular item to each person in complimentary breakfast. One person can have only one omelette and one tea as complimentary breakfast. Over this you will have to pay for your breakfast. Prices for food items were not reasonable and taste was okayish. No so good experience with hosteller . This was our second stay with them. Both times our experience was below average. Though the staff was good but I believe the policies and services by hosteller are not that good. TT bats were broken and balls were not available. No carom , no other interesting games. Common room was not lively at all
