Fantastic location. Digital & easy access to the apartment. Excellent contact with the owner.

No daylight nearly at all. No bedside lamp. Lack of electrical outlets in convenient places, e.g. close to bedside tables. Very poor almost no cellular coverage.

The apartment seems like newly renovated and decorated so it is clean and nice, however a bit "impersonal". It is located in a very center of the city, close to the shops and nice caffeterias. For someone staying in Rovereto and not planning to visit Garda lake every day, it also as a good localization. But for those planning to travel everyday to Riva del Garda, Limone or further, it may be too distant as a base because of permanent traffic problems on the roads around Garda lake.

This apartment is called 'De Luxe' but it is very far from this name. In the apartment description there was information about one bedroom and another bed in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the bedroom turned out to be a small space separated from the kitchen by thin partition walls that didn't even reach the ceiling. As a result, the bedroom was more like a dressing room, and a very small one, as there was little legroom left around the bed. Worst of all, however, was the fact that in the corridor opposite this false bedroom there was a common thin door to the neighbouring flat, through which all noises and even ordinary conversations and light passed. The alarm clock set by the neighbour for 5am woke us up several times before the neighbour got up and turned it off. Leaving this door without any enclosure or insulation is completely incomprehensible. And the worst thing is that these serious disadvantages, that turn the stay there into a very unpleasant experience, result from relatively tiny savings (in comparison with the total cost of renovation) at the stage of construction. It could have been easily avoided - just by raising partition walls to the ceiling and bricking up or at least soundproofing the doors between the apartments.

Very convenient location for us, close to everywhere we needed to go. Good restaurants, coffee, grocery, etc. apartment was just the right size and well equipped for extended stay. Very quiet and clean, everything was new.

The apartment is highly recommended for trips to Lake Garda or Verona. Mega professional approach to the customer and nice contact with Mateo, the staff of the property. Very well explained access to the parking in the nearby shopping center and in a very well described entrance to the apartment. The apartment itself very cool, fresh and modernly equipped, right in the center of Rovereto. We will definitely use again in the future. Rovereto itself is very positively surprising and you can not get bored in the evening.

Everything clean and everything work as it is supposed to. Very spacious and has 2 toilets. 2 air conditioning. Electric shutters. The bed was super comfortable 😌 🙌

The place is not charming at all so this is subjective. The entire place is white and no decoration. It seems very business and no soul. No personality. But it is exactly how it is advertised.

I wish that the apartment came with some basics such as salt and pepper.

It was clean and close to everything (historic center, museum, bars, supermarket, etc). The owner called me to make sure everything went alright.

It was a bit confusing to open the door the first time, since I thought the phone number were only to be used once, ever. But I had a friend with her family already staying there, and she explained I could use it every time I needed to open the front gate.

The location.

The walls are thin and sound caries very easily. Music, conversations, alarms, and cooking sounds next door all sound like they are within the unit. every evening I had a loud soundtrack of the next door neighbor’s music until 10pm and I was woken up twice by their alarm ringing at 5 am. I don’t blame them. the walls are just that thin. as a consequence I also felt like I had limited privacy, since they could likely hear everything with my unit. More effort should be made to noise proof the apartments. The kitchen was not equipped with basics like salt and pepper. There are also certain features of the apartment that could be improved. The only lighting in the bedroom is very bright. offering a second light or a dimmer switch woujd be a big improvement. the apartment advertised a washing machine, but there was not one. there was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher soap. 🤨

Ranuka, the manager, was amazing, very nice and helpful, she made our stay very relaxing! The location is excellent.

The apartment is brand new, with everything needed to cook and enjoy the stay- lovely shower gel- bed is comfortable. Location is great as very convenient to everything in the centre and the museum, it is only a bit tricky if you have lots of bags and the car as you will need to park few minutes walk away- this is a Permit only area so cars aren't allowed. Staying in Rovereto allows you to have the Trentino free card to access museums for the duration of your stay which was brilliant, we were told that by the Tourist office. You just have to ask the owner of the apartment and it will be sent to you via e mail.

Walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the living room (where I slept) from the next door neighbours, if you are lucky and have a quiet couple great, but a family with screaming kids isn't great to have next door.
