Very clean and provided many extras. I rate this excellent.

This property exceeded our expectations! The attention to detail at this place is unmatched. We felt right at home with all the necessary amenities and more. The pool and backyard area were perfect for our group and kids. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and more. We drove around to several other areas where we almost stayed and are so grateful we ended up at this rental. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Wow! There really isn’t more that needs to be said. Amazing home and host. The pictures don’t do it justice. So close the beach but in a nice quiet neighborhood. And still close to anything you want to do. Great spot nestled between St Pete and Clearwater. Angie really thought of everything one might need while here. We are so grateful for her hospitality and thoughtfulness to every detail in the home. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was so perfect, we can't wait to come back and stay here again! Everything was so clean, plenty of sleeping room with all the extra amenities and details you could possibly think of! The home is decorated so cute that you instantly feel relaxed and all stress melts away with the beach vibes! There are two bedrooms but plenty of space to spread out with 6 of us staying. Beds are super comfortable and the pool was great to have! So priceless walking just minutes to Redington Beach with the beach chairs provided. It was nice to grill burgers at the home one evening and eat on the nice patio but there are plenty of great restaurants in the area, we loved Sculley's and Crabby's! For activities, parasailing (fishing or jet skiing) at St. John's pass was a short drive and super fun to walk around and shop. Mini golf (live gators there you can feed) is super close and fun to do when the sun isn't out or you need a break from the beach! We also took a day trip to Orlando for Universal Studios and visited the Pier Teaki rooftop restaurant at the end of St. Petersburg Pier. If you want to take a short 8 mile drive, the sunset from Level 11 Rooftop Bar/Lounge or dining at Spinners Rooftop Grille w/360 degree views is amazing and so romantic! Everyone had a blast and we just loved staying here, I highly recommend it! The host is so thoughtful and helpful too! We will be back ASAP!

This property was awesome, it is definitely for the quaint-at-heart! If you want a time of refreshing in a relaxed, residential, close to beach and within a 5 minute lovely walk- a life experience, this quaint place is for you and highly recommended. This choice exceeded my expectations... Inside and out, the property is clean, organized, like new amenities and MUCH better than anticipated! It was a gift to unplug and to enjoy its decor and function as a place we temporarily called ‘home’.
