No issues with the house and it was what was expected from the description and pictures.

We were very happy with our stay here! It was great to share with family. Honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed and they had everything we needed to make our own breakfast in the mornings. Beds we’re comfortable and pillows were GREAT. We were able to enjoy the deck while our toddler napped. Location: about 10-15 minutes from the Zoo, Old Market and Aksarben. Downtown Dunee has a good brunch spot and along with a pizza, Italian and taco place. We found ourselves going to the Old Market and Aksarben 2x for food and shopping. Thanks for the nice option when staying in Omaha!

The only complaint was lots of spiders on deck and not cleaned up very well.

Very beautiful property and wonderful location.

Was in from out of town as a group of 3 ladies in their 40s. Things we always look for: location with walkable neighborhoods, comfy beds, more than 1 bathroom, safe area and home, workable kitchen, and welcoming outdoor area. This house seemed to check those boxes though there were some things we would suggest for improvement. First, the great stuff. - The beds were comfortable. Everyone had their own room and no one had a complaint about the beds which is huge. - The house seemed very clean and as listed. - Parking pad off the street. - Big dining table. - Two full bathrooms. - Owner was willing to let us check-in early since no one was leaving same day as our arrival. Could use improvement. - The outdoor space was not really usable. It was too hot to spend any time outdoors anyway, but the furniture and patio are in need of some attention. It could use a good scrubbing. - Some of the windows were left unlocked when we arrived. I always check doors and windows for security reasons and this should be communicated to the cleaning crew to ensure those are locked before guests arrive. - If you have questions for owner, you might not get an answer immediately, so give yourself some time. - The drains in the bathrooms are VERY slow moving. Both the sink and shower in the upstairs bathroom are clogged. I really dislike taking a shower and standing in backed up dirty water so that was my main complaint about this place. Overall, happy with our stay and would stay again.

We loved our stay here! We had 2 families with young kids and felt very comfortable in the space. The hosts were excellent at helping us quickly when we contacted them. I would stay here again in the future!

The home was very clean and felt homey. Beds were comfortable. Location was great with close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do.

The location was awesome. Close to great coffeshops, ice cream and the Old Market area. We enjoyed walks in the nearby Happy Hollow neighborhood.

It was great! Streets are busy. Great location for us. Only thing was that the bedroom only had curtains which allowed the streetlights and headlights to glare in. Too much light so had a hard time falling asleep. Overall, we enjoyed it!

Nice, clean, updated older home. All the bedrooms are located upstairs & are in very close proximity of one another, so if someone is moving about, you’ll hear them as the floors/stairs creak (older home). 🙂One of the bathrooms is located on the main level (off a small room in the back of the house). This worked quite well when we needed to keep it quiet upstairs for kids naps or bedtime. We enjoyed our stay.

Super, super comfortable beds and lots of space for traveling with adult kids and family. Big dining room table to fit lots of eaters around. Very clean and cozy. The house is on a fairly busy road so there is some road noise to contend with and parking in the driveway is really just for one car. Hosts were great in communicating and check in/out process was effortless. This was our first trip to Omaha and we would stay here again without hesitation.

All you need and so close to old market!

Overall, we loved our stay in this lovely home in the heart of Omaha. We really enjoy staying in historic homes that have been thoughtfully and beautifully updated and this was no exception. All the amenities were great and everything was very comfortable. That said we do have a few suggestions for how to make this place even better: 1) Connect or repair the fridge ice-maker. It wasn't working during our stay. 2) Install a hook for hand towels in the downstairs bathroom. 3) Write out the basic instructions for using the coffee maker. I figured it out but it's a nice coffeemaker with a lot of features so some folks might be helped to have the basic instructions for making a regular pot of coffee. 4) Add a table or something else to put your toiletries on in the upstairs bathroom. The sink is small and we made it work but it would be nice to have a table, shelf or something else to store your bathroom items during your stay.

Beautiful artwork, great water pressure, comfortable beds! Rich woodwork comes with the creaks and squeaks of an old home, which we actually enjoyed. Ninja coffee maker was appreciated. Nice to be near cute restaurants of Dundee area and quick drive to Old Market or Creighton.

We were close to pretty much everything that we wanted to experience - the zoo, kid-friendly venues, local restaurants, and stores for quick grocery runs. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We all had a great time relaxing here in between our adventures.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our family.
