I was so thankful they had an opening at the last minute as we had to leave another booking because the hotel was unsuitable. To come here and find that the hotel was in such good condition was a blessing. I couldn't ask for a better hotel with a great breakfast that you could also take on the go.

This was a two night stay. It was all about comfort. Our accommodation was roomy, the bed and shower great. Breakfast, free, is available. We would stay again.

I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again . It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was adequate I really enjoyed the egg white omelets . It’s a newer hotel close to everything Glendale has to offer.

We paid for a large room (mini-suite) and received a large 400sf room but no table, awful bathroom, and limited furnishings. We got a handicapped room, but it was not nice.

Our room was great after a long day out at the parks, Americana at Brand is super close by and you can walk there in the evenings for some shopping and food! 10/10, I would love staying here again.

Very nice hotel, very close to the galleria 5 mins away and universal studios approximately 15 mins if no traffic, otherwise more than 25 mins with traffic. The cleaning was okay but could have been better, trash inside the sofa bed when we opened it to use it. Got a dirty or stained towel which smelled really bad. Other than that everything else was great. The free breakfast was perfect for my family before going to universal studios. Very professional and friendly service.

We are very happy with our stay. the hotel is in good area in Glendale. The free breakfast is a plus. The staffs are friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is clean and updated. It’s 15-20 mins away from universal studio depending on traffic. The parking is gated and safe. The hotel is safe no one can enter the hotel without a room card. I would recommend it. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Shower pressure is too low and it takes a lot of time to take shower due to low pressure. The glass door of washroom doesn’t close properly.
Parking is safe and secure in basement. Breakfast veg options were limited but otherwise a very wholesome options. Could not use pool so can’t review that. Staff seemed helpful.

I would of have given it a 5 star if not for the unknown parking garage fee, but definitely a 4.5 stars for me. Hotel was clean, customer service was pretty good, and it was really quiet at night. In addition, hotel was super close to tons of fast food restaurants/ small familh restaurants, 3 to 5 mins away from a shopping mall, and right next to a gas station if you need to top up on fuel.
