- Spotlessly clean. Even the table on the balcony was clean. 10/10 - Modern furniture, kitchen and bathroom. Lots of space in the Deluxe Family Room, large living room and large balcony. - Good location near the ski resort. We were not able to ski due to the weather conditions, unfortunately, but we went for walks a few times. - Friendly staff - Free underground parking - Kids liked the swimming pool, ninja parcour, playroom for toddlers. Also the gym is good. Good playground nearby and a football field at the school across the road.

- The apartment could be better equipped. There is lots of empty storage in the kitchen. Would be good to have a toaster, raclette and fondue sets. A microwave would be also very handy for a family apartment. - Lightning could be improved. There are no night lamps in the second bedroom. You can only use a ceiling lamp which is very bright. The corridor is, on the contrary, very dark, you can hardly tie your shoes with that light. No table lamp on the writing desk in the main bedroom. - The beds are not very comfortable. Bed toppers are too soft and bumpy and are shorter than the beds. The pillows are not very comfortable as well. - Breakfast is very, very basic. The price is moderate for Switzerland, but at least it should be an option to reserve an apartment without breakfast. I could have easily organised a similar breakfast in the apartment for my family at the lower price. - Kids are only allowed in the pool before 14-00. We didn't care, because we stayed in the hotel almost all the time due to the weather, but if you go skiing or hiking every day, your kids would miss the pool. - The hairdryer is attached to the wall behind the shelf with a short cord. Very inconvenient to use.

Sehr schöne und saubere Appartements. Tolle Infrastruktur für Kinder, aber auch sonst top ausgestattet mit Fitness, Pool. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Leider war das Restaurant am Ankunftsabend geschlossen und wir mussten auswärts essen gehen. Der Chef war aber sehr entgegenkommend und hat den Kindern am nächsten Tag in der Fun Zone Jetons spendiert.

Grosser kinderspielbereich mit bällebad

Die Sofas in der Unterkunft waren nicht zu gebrauchen.. viel zu klein, hart und ungemütlich Der Saune Bereich hatte nie offen wenn ich mit dem Kind in den Schwimmbereich durfte.. wir wollten uns abwechseln. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde erst eine Stunde nach Eröffnung wirklich vollständig aufgebaut

It was my 3rd time visiting the resort. This I give 10 points because the spaciousness of the tasteful family room, the very friendly welcoming at the reception from Enikő, and the excellent and friendly attention from Stefan at the breakfasts, ehich always filled me up with positive energy for the day. Choosing the bigger appartment for the stay was a great decision.

Some people could find the mattresses too soft, it was perfectly okay for me. A larger, L shaped sofa would might bring even more comfort to the living room.

Нам всё понравилось, кроме завтрака. Номера чистые и уютные. Сауна с бассейном потрясающие. Месторасположение удобное, горнолыжный комплекс в 3км от отеля.

На завтрак очень маленький выбор продуктов. И за завтраком мы наблюдали как персонал чистит пылесос на кухне.. от этого было много пыли.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung und Austattung! Das Bett war sehr bequem 10/10.

Fitness ist nicht 24h geöffnet. Das Geschirr war nicht zu 100% Sauber in der Junior Suit.
