The property was clean, spacious and modern, with ensuite facilities for all bedrooms.
The only real negative points were a lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen (chopping board, oven mitt, spatula, etc) and TVs without channel listings. The channel availability also differed upstairs to down.
These small issues did not, however, detract from the enjoyment of our stay

This town house is gorgeous! It’s definitely like the pictures. The checked in process was pretty smooth. Communication was not that good from the management company. When we arrived at the property it was clean and smell refreshing. The decor and setup was great. I like the fact that everyone had their own bedroom with private bathroom & shower. My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The property is about 15-20 minutes drive to all Disney Parks that was super awesome for my family. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores close by 10-15 minutes from the house.
The only issue we had was after we checked out. I received a damaged claim for a coffee pot the next day. We didn’t cook or used the coffee pot but, after I disputed the claim with Vrbo. The owner reimbursed me the $30 fee which I appreciate.
I would definitely stay at this property again but, will take a before & after video of the inside of the property to avoid any fake damage claims.

Nice new condo complex and very good if you drive to Orlando and have your car with you. 5-10 minutes from parks. Good for large families - very spacious and modern units. Front desk staff attentive and helpful. Old abandoned hotel nearby makes area look bad at first doesn’t really affect anything plus will surely be remodeled and opened soon.
If you’re coming to Disney with a car and large family definitely recommend this place.

We were traveling with 2 small children and this property was great for them. Very close to disney and other amenities. Only downside was there may be a mold issue- a mushroom was growing out of the floor in the master bedroom

Unit was nice and pretty clean. Pretty much basic what you get in an VRBO kitchen (hand me down basic minimum cooking tools). Carpets look a little worn and stain in couch. Property is very nice and feels secure, gated 24hr security. We didn't use the pool are but looked good. One thing we did find was it was hard to get an Uber to come pick you up because of the surrounding area had several decline the ride.

Beautiful inside but sometimes looks can be deceiving. It’s hidden next to an abandoned hotel or two. And the furnishings, while beautiful, are cheap. The property is three years old and already had a lot of wear due to buying cheap everything.
For us, we were in Disney all day so it was fine. And i would probably stay here again. But it’s 3-4 stars not 5.

For our family of 5 we enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. My only small complaint would be lack of extra towels, kitchen utensils and cereal bowls. We purchased these items along with dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. As we were provided only enough soap for one washing on each. Great location to whatever you want to do. Would absolutely stay again!!

Toilets did not flush. Maintenance used a plunger to get the toilets working but they plugged again the next day and were not usable. As the problem persisted, we bought our own plunger so that we could use the bathrooms. Unacceptable.

Proximity to Disney was awesome. 10 minutes to the parks without the traffic mess on I-4. The townhouse was modern and perfect for our group of 8. Communication and check-in were great. Only complaint was that the beds were a little too firm for our liking.

This property was perfect for us. Several different couples had plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and common area to be more than comfortable! Beautiful. Clean. And great and convenient area.

Clean and spacious, it’s a great space for a big family. Easy access to Disney and restaurants. Outside BBQ and patio is perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. Landscaping unfortunately is not great. The courtyard has dead plants, weeds growing in the pathways and damaged outdoor furniture.

This property offered our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) the perfect accommodation. The property was spacious, well equipped and had a lovely outdoor terrace with very comfortable furniture and gas BBQ. The communal pool was clean and warm and the reception staff were really helpful. We took Ubers to Disney which was 10 mins away and cost about $11 a ride.

This unit was amazing!! Very clean and well decorated. Close to all the parks. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a few more items. We had no pot holders, kitchen towels, and very few pots, pans, or utensils to cook with. Other than that it was perfect and we will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the location, conveniently located closed to disney world. We got an unit that smelled like smoke, but switched to another one. There was no communication via VRBO, only via lobby staff.

Perfect location close by amusement parks, food and shopping. Arrived at night and the property looked amazing at night with uplighting on each unit, assigned parking in front as well lots of extra parking spaces, unit was large and very spacious beds were comfortable wonderful outdoor space to entertainment, relax and BBQ, top appliances all in like brand new condition, high quality flatware, pots and dishes. Came with starter supplies (dish liquid, sponge, dishwasher packet, paper towel and bathroom tissue. Con need hand soap for half bath, great laundry room, perfect location for large family/group and 3 en-suites

Amazing place. Lots of room. Well-stocked. Might want to bring some paper towels and extra toilet paper but otherwise perfect in every regard. I would never stay at a another Disney World property with this being just around the corner. It’s also very nice to have a full laundry room. Full outdoor kitchen as well. If we were to book something like this at Disney World, expect to pay $2500 per night.

First impression was wow, this is nice, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was big with a large island, the eating utensils, dishes, and cookware was very nice. The rooms were big and very comfortable. We stayed for 7 days and 7 nights. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill, but it was clean as well as the furniture and patio area. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

This home was actually more stunning in person!! Absolutely beautiful! Super clean and spacious. A lot of seating inside and out too. The sofas and beds were very comfy! The sheets and towels were clean and crisp. One feature that we thought was cool was the water gun attached to the toilets, neat! We loved the location, like a hidden gem. Definitely staying here again!
