Fantastic location in the centre of the town next to the river. The room was ok but really small and with no outside light. It would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea and coffee. Great breakfast.

I absolutely love this hotel, it was far more luxurious than I expected. The staff were great, the restaurant was wonderful and the location perfect. It made our stay in Slovenia!

The 4/5 reflects service issues - a very strange/awkward check in, followed by staff attempting to clean our room at 9.15am despite a DND sign being displayed.

Very well located, however I have never been in such a small room! There was no space or place for the luggage, so we had to jump between the suitcases during the whole stay. The room has space only for the bed, and very narrow aisles around it on two sides. Bathroom is literally next to the bed and has a dark glass/mirror sliding door. No space AT ALL. For a four star hotel, seems to be way away from the standards.
Breakfast is "À la carte". You can choose anything, but you have to wait for each plate and for the waiter to bring it. Even for coffee. On Business trips might be useful, but on holidays it requires for you to wake up earlier if you are in a hurry.
Staff (specially waiters and waitresses) amazingly friendly.
Restaurant is four stars. Hotel, barely 3. VIP "gift" was a bottle of sparkling wine of really poor quality.

Everything for our stay was wonderful! Breakfast was fantastic, the only issue was that the shower head did not work in our shower when we pressed the button. We had warm water through the wand, but nothing came out of the rain shower head above. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality….the elevator was such a lovely perk. And this hotel is so convenient to everything.

We had a room overlooking the river. It was modern and very clean. The staff was great, as was the breakfast.

This lovely renovated hotel is right in the center of the old town and a 5-minute walk from everything! Some rooms have a beautiful view of the castle. The on-site restaurant was delicious. The rooms are compact but very nice.

The hotel is in a great location and has a modern design. Breakfast was very high quality with a choice of one menu. I don't know why but there was only shampoo in the room.So I used my conditioner. Therefore, we give it four stars for facilities. But overall, this was a really great hotel!

This is a very nice hotel. The location is excellent and the breakfast which was included was fantastic. The only issue we had was the light switch for the bathroom was broken and they couldn’t fix it so we had limited light in the bathroom

The good: location is absolutely excellent, right in the Old Town at the Cobbler's Bridge. The service was excellent. The room and everything was spotless clean.
The not-so-good: The room (503 private terrace) was very small. As in you have to crabwalk to get anywhere within the room. There was barely adequate AC. Even in May, it was fairly warm, probably accentuated by being a top floor room.

This was a lovely place to stay. Right at the river's edge. Very walkable. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and modern but like many hotels in the "old town" part of cities, the room was very small.

Small, dark windowless room (but I picked the cheapest room available). Modern bathroom, nice shower. Couldn’t seem to control the air conditioning so the room was a bit too hot even with cool, rainy weather. Staff efficient, but not particularly friendly with the exception of the girl who check us out. Nice breakfast, but limited.

Perfectly located in the heart of Ljubljana this is a lovely boutique style hotel with excellent service. Fantastic breakfast was served. The location is perfect for tourists right next to the river and close to the castle. Only small quibble is that the room got quite warm and would benefit from more effective A/C.

The hotel is right in the heart of Ljubljana. Very beautiful area and very convenient for walking. Lots of restaurants with outdoor seating along the river.
My only issue with the hotel that could be improved on is that there was very little space to unpack clothes. Each side of the bed had a small end table, but there were no drawers. Also, no wash clothes or make up remover wipes.
