there is no value of guest. as the booking was confirmed and reconfirmed on number mentioned. once reached hotel, they said it will be charged 2000/- where booking.com price was less. the receptionist denied to accommodate. the manager came and told the hotel is full and they informed FAB to close the inventory. however they charged me 2000/- and have me room on too floor. without ac. bed was used by some other guest and room was not ready. i would never recommend anyone to book through FAB. it disgusting. staff and managers having attitude and not fit for hospitality. i would like to advise owner to keep some professional staff to take care of guest or close the hotel. myself Group General Manager Hotels in UAE 🇦🇪. Rooms are clean and good space.

They cancelled the booking with fabhotel and then directly charged us double. Rate on booking.com was Rs 1600 and they charged us Rs 3000. Since we could not get another hotel due to all hotels booked due to investor summit, they took advantage of it. Hence rate directly charged by them was double compared to what showed on booking.com. Plus the campus was very unhygienic.. No cleanliness maintained. No amenities in the rooms. They did not give us a bill also for the stay. 0 star. 👎👎

IThe amenities were good and for the price, it was excellent.

The geyser wasn't working so we could not take a hot water bath.

Best experience.......nice staff especially front desk and food was very good,I had a very comfortable stay with Radisson staff was very helpful and very friendly.... overall best experience....I will visit soon again .......
