Beautiful area

False advertising of pool, hit tube, restaurant and bar. None of those things were open.

The view of Lake Norfork. The bed was decent and clean.

Very noisy AC unit. The bathroom was very very small even for a small person. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. There was no lid on the toilet seat.  No room to put anything in the bathroom like your clothes. No matter what you set the refrigerator at everything froze.  Funky smell from the AC unit. There were flies in the room. The WIFI was pretty much non-existent.

I love to stay their .We have stayed may times .always clean all way great staff hot tub

The hot tub had the most awful smell eliminating from theo steam .staff was very good about addressing it ...but unfortunately at 3 am a strange man was knocking and stalking our room .seemed to know the staff .And frightened my 3 girls who just had their bday .13 year olds ,I was not pleased what so ever about the situation .called desk no answer .almost called 911 .I'm sure the situation will be addressed .And we will stay again .lost our special blanket and was told I'd recieve a call back .And never recieved any call .blanket was bday present . .

The staff was very helpful and Isaiah or Issiac I can’t remember his name was super friendly, very respectful and was willing to go above and beyond. The morning staff was very pleasant to our children as well.

the manager was so pleasant and very helpful. the rooms have faux wood - no nasty carpeting!

Clean room,cold a/c , warm indoor pool , comfortable bed, Easter Brunch was delicious.Housekeeping keeps this resort immaculate . Ben and Christina were very helpful at the front desk.
