We took our three adult children and this place was perfect! Each had there own room, there was a living room, large kitchen and a table for six we used to play games. It's a short walk to the French Quarter, just cross Canal. One access code got us in the building and our room. Wifi was great. When we arrived, two of the bedrooms didn't have batteries in the remotes that worked the lights and fans. I used the app to notify management, and we quickly received a 4 pack. We'll definitely stay here again!

Lobby was not very nice, unit was spartan with few windows.

Clean and secure. Ceiling fans didn’t work and I wish the TV at least for local channels using an antenna or something. Other than that, a great place to stay and I would certainly stay here again and also recommend as I did while I was there. Also, the washer and dryer in the place was an added bonus.

Property was nice with a few exceptions. Several things were broken. Sink in one bathroom hanging from the wall. Towel racks not secured well. Two wash rags in unit for 5 people for a two night stay. Windows did not open and were frosted therefore no outside views and this unit was on the fourth floor with only one way out should a fire break out. Fan remote was missing in one bedroom which also controlled the light. Broken lamp in living room. The outdoor entrance was clustered with the neighborhood garbage can location and smelled horrible. For the price I paid for the stay I guess I shouldn’t complain but I also could get a decent hotel for the same rate. The unit was ok for sleeping and working during the day for a few hours before getting out to see New Orleans.

Nice place, very clean and within walking distance of our daily destination. A/c was perfect and apartment was spacious.

Everything was fantastic. Clean and well maintained!

Stayed for 2 nights with family (parents & 5 kids). Lucky to get street parking access when we got there and when we left (otherwise would have been dicey). Suggest care when staying here with small kids as you are right down town in the mix of things.

Loved this place. It was the perfect mix of a hotel and rental home-lots of little extras like shampoo, laundry soap, lots of towel, etc. there were way more than enough dishes for the 7 of us. The place was very secure. The location just off canal street made it really easy to get to everything.

Full disclosure, but I wasn’t able to stay at this property. About 3 hours prior to my check-in the host called and informed me that this property had maintenance issue that would prevent me from staying there. However the rental company put us in a bigger, nicer place. The place I actually did stay in was amazing. Based on the other rental, I’m sure this rental was nice as well. But I would use this rental company again in the future. I appreciated their service.
