Amazing unit.

Perfect stay

I stayed for a 3 day visit to Vancouver. Clean room, matched the description, good pricing, good location. Hosts were very helpful, great communication. Enjoyed my stay. Would certainly return. The only thing that I found odd is vrbo listing quoted a different base price but when I went to book price jumped by $30. I tried couple times with same results. Then I just booked. It was still a good price for the room, but found it odd that quote & actual had a significant difference in price.

The directions on how to get to the door are a little unclear, but if you contact the manager beforehand he can direct you to it. Very nice property manager!

We arrived late and left early in the property for our 2 night stays. I would have rated it higher if the fridge did not make terrible noise.

Very quiet, comfortable and enjoyable.

The hosts were kind and courteous upon my arrival. Since my trip mainly involved parks and hiking, James provided me with some very helpful info about certain bus lines and places I could reliably get groceries and snacks. This info was particularly useful for traveling around on Sunday, with the bus service around Coquitlam being available only every 30 minutes. This room had a comfortable bed and a vertical fan that helped blow in air that was cool enough for me to sleep well. The fridge was large enough to store the foods, leftovers and beverages (just make sure to not use the mini freezer box for ice cream). Overall I was very satisfied with my stay!

The rental unit is as described. It is part of the big main home and in the back facing the owners' gated backyard and garden. We felt very safe leaving our belongings each day when we went out to see different part of BC. The unit also has a large walk-in closet where we could place all our belongings out of sight. I met James and June the evening when we arrived, and they went to work in their garden. They are very kind, and James even gave us a treat. We mainly ate while out and about, but we appreciated that the unit has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and water kettle. They came very handy for morning breakfast before we left and tea in the evening. The location is not at all out of the way to visiting Vancouver City Center or other part of BC. We even found out it was convenient to go to Whistler. Thank you, James and June.

Very nice property clean and comfy

We stayed 2 days, and we have no complaints about the place. Very nice location, the room was very clean, organized and quiet. James is an excellent host, he is very kind and friendly. We really recommend this place.

Very recently renovated home with a number of air B & B s on the propery. Separate entrance and very private. Access to Vancouver reasonably easy.

I'm here for work. Hostess very friendly and accommodating, good knowledge of the city and very helpful whit helping getting around and where things are in the city. Room is very cozy and clean. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
