Had a fun weekend boating with kids & grandkids. Internet poor, but it’s a small town. We weren’t there for tv anyway. Had a good family time.

We had a lovely family reunion at this incredible cabin. It's in a great location with a fantastic view. The host, Jake, was awesome and super responsive. I highly recommend this cabin.

The house was comfortable and well stocked. We had 33 people there and plenty of room for everyone. The video arcade room was the biggest hit of all. Kids ranged an age from one month to 16 years old and there was something for everyone.

the owner was extremely accommodating, quick to respond to any concerns, and overall wanted us to enjoy our time there. The house was very clean, large tv's in every room, kitchen well stocked, plenty of seating, lots of beds, lot of entertainment for kids, beds were solid, comfortable and NOT squeaky, hot tub was very clean, sauna was a nice touch, location is awesome, overall would highly recommend!

The property was excellent. Clean! Roomy! Comfortable! Furnished with utensils, bowls, cooking pans, everything we needed. Would stay there again!!! Wonderful place for a family with all ages of guests.

Thank you so much for sharing your newly renovated home with us for our family reunion. The house was so comfortable with room for our large family to enjoy each other. The amenities just put it over the top, arcade style video games, air hockey, foosball, massive TVs, hot tub, it just didn’t end. From a location in Garden City, this place is hard to beat. Right across and up the hill from the marina and 3-5 mins from town. Jake communicated very well and was so helpful.
For anyone looking for a place in Bear Lake to rent, don’t pass this place up.

We stayed with 11 of our kids and 15 grandkids. There was plenty of space, beds and things to do. We had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the huge table and large TV’s. Very easy to communicate with Jake about any questions or issues. House, property and hot tub were all very clean. Beautiful view of the lake!

My extended family and I stayed here in early June and it was incredible. Extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the towels and sheets were soft and fluffy. And the game room! Sooo good. We had 10 kids staying here and they were never bored during downtimes.
The dining room fit all 24 of us easily! It was so nice being able to sit together for meals.
The pantry is full of kitchen appliances and the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and baking sheets. We brought a lot of those things from home with us and we didn’t need to since the house provided them.
Honestly, this house was perfect. The size, accommodations, and cleanliness made it a 5 star for sure.

The house was perfect for our large group of friends and young kiddos. We never ran out of dishes or towels - a big plus! The owners were incredibly responsive when we reached out with any questions or needs. One thing we did notice is the basement stays pretty cold. We may have missed the thermostat down there (thermostats were noticed on the other floors) but managed to keep everyone cozy with the fire and extra blankets for the rooms. The rest of the house was comfortable.
The kiddos and the adults enjoyed the arcade room and the big master bedroom served as the movie place for the kids after a full day of skiing the Beav. Overall, a great home base for adventuring around the area and skiing Logan Canyon.
