We loved the house!!! Thank you for everything we will be coming back for sure !

I have rented some places before that the reviews said they were clean but upon arrival they were filthy...not this place! It was clean and pretty and the master bed/bath are huge. The pool was nice too! We will be back in December for 25 days!

Everything was perfect, the location, facilities, entertainment, communication with the host. I would definitely stay again. Thank you very much!

Everything about this house was wonderful! We had plenty of room for our family. We spent lots of time in the pool. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the arcade game! We would absolutely stay here again.

Walking into the front door we were blown away by how beautiful the house was. The kids basically lived in the pool (we heated it). The grill was big enough to cook 8 steaks at once. Master bathroom was amazing! Double shower head and jetted tub, perfect! The garage held floaties, pool noodles, kayaks, a stroller, beach chairs and a cooler. We were very thankful to be able to borrow those instead of having to bring it all with us. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the property, would most definitely stay again!

We stayed at the house for a long weekend. It was a great stay. The house manager was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this property for a group or families. There was plenty of room and it had all the amenities we needed.

This property is as beautiful as the pictures and was perfect for our family with adult children! The check in process was easy and the home is in a quiet neighborhood, but you still have easy access to Publix, Target and Farmer Joes for groceries. We used the bikes, kayaks and spent a lot of time in and around the pool. We loved having a large indoor and outdoor table for meals and card games. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking large meals. We all hated to leave as the week came to an end!

We were in awe the moment we walked in the door…amazing, fresh smell, beautiful view through the windows in the back overlooking the pool and canal, and very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated interior. The house had everything we could have needed, even four beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler to take to the beach! We appreciated the starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soaps, dish soap, and toothpaste with cotton swabs and nail file, and laundry detergent. A basket of snacks and water bottles in the fridge was a pleasant surprise! The owner, Bob, texted us upon arrival and departure and was available if we had any questions or needs (which we didn’t!). I’ve rented many properties and this home had the most “extras” such as bikes, kayaks, fishing rod, pool floats, and games, which were all much appreciated! I would suggest bringing bug spray because the mosquitoes are bad in the evenings. Beware of Florida traffic during the busy season…it took us an hour or more to get to the beaches (Fort Myers and Sanibel Island). Overall, we loved our stay at this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area!
