Our family really enjoyed this trip and the house was beautiful. However, the house had a pretty big insect problem, mainly spiders (even in beds), wasps by the doors and HUGE crickets. Another issue we had was the hot water heater. There was barely enough hot water for one person to shower for very long, let alone a house full of adults and children.
One of the many draws of this house was the beach entry, but there was trash all over and leftover belongings that made it unappealing.

This was the best week in the most beautiful house. We had everything we needed and then some!! Beach access was awesome, just down the corner from Rocky Branch Marina area. The beds were so comfortable. The porch was amazing!! It was all amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at this house! It was such a blast and there was plenty of room for everyone! The walk down to the water was beautiful and the house was super clean! We had an absolute blast and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

The house was very clean, Beds were comfortable, and the open living space was Great! The fire pit was not usable as it was filled with debris and it could use some more pots and pans. Overall it is a very nice place for a family.

What we enjoyed the most about this spacious property was the lake access. It’s just a short walk down to the water where a large private beach is waiting. The home is decorated nicely and there was plenty of room for 12 of us.

The back deck was not cleaned prior to our arrival as there was trash and the tables and chairs needed a good cleaning. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken. Other than that, a great property. We enjoyed the lake access and the game room!

This property was great!!! The pictures didn’t do it justice. The house was very spacious. The kitchen is huge and perfect for a big group. The lake is steps away and the boat ramp at Rocky Branch Marina is minutes away. We will be booking this property again soon!!!!

Rented this house for Thanksgiving family getaway. House was as advertised. Property manager was helpful with questions asked, and the check-in process was very easy. House was clean, up to date, and comfortable. Lots of open space, and kitchen had all the amenities, plus some. We loved the remoteness and easy access to the lake. Felt like we were on our own property. My only "notes" are...the coffee maker is Keurig style and not drip, which wasn't noted in the description, so prepare accordingly...and we couldn't figure out how to open/close the fireplace vent, and you need a started log (no gas). I would gladly book this property again!!

The location is very remote if your looking for privacy, yet it still has all the accommodations as well as being directly on the lake! We were extremely pleased and would recommend anyone not to hesitate your booking. It’s well worth it!!!The hosts replied quickly when we made a phone call to them in regards to closest boat dock. The place was very clean and updated and well furnished. We can’t say enough about our Beaver Lake Experience!!
