Property was as described. There is a nearby playground if you have children and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. There are beach toys, chairs and a wagon available for use. The pool was very nice and we all enjoyed it. One mattress in the room with two queen beds was a little uncomfortable to sleep in. We all did have a good time and the house is very nice and I would recommend staying there. The only reason for a 4 star review was due to an issue with broken glass from a broken window from previous renters that wasn’t fully cleaned up before and after glass company came in to replace window. Our grandson did get cut on a piece outside which was a little stressful after that. Owner was very responsive when contacted. I do believe if I was owner and lived close by I would come inspect the property after a job was done because you can’t always trust and assume they did a good job. Also I believe I would have available is a vacuum cleaner for renters to use because it was hard to get fine pieces up with a broom. If I would have had one available then I would have swept the area inside and out. Other than this we did like the location and home.

Will definitely book again. Everything needed was provided. Back yard and pool were perfect for our dog and teenagers. Loved the house decor!!

The pictures are on point and accurate. This is a beautiful home. Close to the beach with a fenced yard and an amazing pool. Everyone was comfortable with numerous areas to sit, chat, and relax. We had a great time and plan to rebook next vacation.

Our family goes to the beach every year. We look for nice homes with pools in close proximity to the beach. This house was very nice and accommodating and we will stay again !

We had a great overall stay at this beach house. Was perfect distance from the beach, shops and St George street. We were a bit surprised by the pool. It has some sharp corners and its design can be a little dangerous for kids but by and large the pool was great. The home was clean and enjoyable for all guests. The overall cost was about $500 more than expected but that is due to the Vrbo system, not the host. I think Vrbo’s system is very misleading when presenting the costs for each listing because it was not clear at all about the additional $500 that we would incur on top of the cost that was showed at booking. So thumbs down to Vrbo system but thumbs up to the host. Will likely go with another provider next time. Thank you Lauren and team for a great stay!
