The property was beautiful and super clean ,the neighborhood looks a little big run down however it was very peaceful. The air conditioner seems new even though do not cools the house since one of the windows by the dining area do not close. Other than that I will definitely comeback to that property.

AC wasn't working in this rental so we were upgraded to a larger property! AC was repaired at something this week. Awesome integration with owner.

Absolutely gorgeous house. That’s our second time staying in this house really close to siesta key and other beaches. Big deep pool👍 Has a lot of stuff for kids chairs umbrella also in the garage. The house across the street that some people are complaining it’s nothing bad just regular people living there with a bunch of cars But they are nice and quiet.

Our family of 6 stayed in this home and it was roomy enough for all of us! The host provided plenty of pool towels and toys for everyone to enjoy. The hot water lasted long enough for all of us to shower. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to eat breakfast and lunches at “home”. The decor was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return!

The location of the house is convenient, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood has some rundown looking houses, but was quiet. I had to initiate all communication with the host. The host was prompt in responding, but I was worried because the day of check-in I still did not have the check-in information. I sent them another message, and then they sent me the information. The pool was nice and clean, we enjoyed having coffee outside in the morning. Overall, a nice place to stay, just wish the communication was better.

This property was very clean, well maintained, well appointed, and the property manager was very responsive to answer questions and provide info! We would definitely stay here again !

The house was nicely laid out with master at one end and guest rooms at other. The neighborhood is ok, but the real bonus here is the back of the house. It opens onto a lanai with heated (pay extra for heat) pool and a small canal-like manmade lake running behind. The abundant wildlife (white and glossy ibis, wood storks, herons, several varieties of ducks, Sandhill cranes, anahingas, turtles etc) was fabulous. It’s a pretty busy area, so this backyard oasis was particularly welcome. House furnishings seem pretty new. We found the beds to be pretty firm, but that’s a matter of taste. This is close to lots of things to do. We had a good month there.

The house was clean, dog friendly and quiet. Pool was nice. House across the street is unsightly and creates a bad impression for the neighborhood. Lots of bold birds in the backyard and neighborhood — They were pretty to look at but a little intimidating.

We'll be back...exceeded our expectations.

Took my family to this wonderful place that was close to our favorite beaches. The pool was awesome and the house just what we needed. Room for my family(parents, 3 kids, and grandma) Everyone loved it!

Lovely stay. Enjoyed being so close to Siesta Key Beach. Amazing beach! Super clean, a lot of extras, and terrific outdoor area. Encountered a couple of issues but Bob worked to resolve them quickly and followed up in person which was appreciated. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing time in this house. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and of course private pool was the hit. We visit multiple great local beaches. The closest beach is literally 8 minutes from the house. We found full bags of pretty shells, eat and shop at Siesta Key Village (12 min drive from house). Easy and quick access to take fun boats chasing dolphins or go fishing. Owners were very responsible and kind. We definitely recommend this place for a vacation!

Pros: pool was perfect, pretty clean for most part, bedrooms comfortable and spacious, location to beaches and stores were great, communication was good, setup was excellent, great place for family, enjoyed the touch of bottle of wine and bag of ice Cons: not enough bath towels & a bit worn, garage smelled like dead mouse, the front neighbors property was horrible to look at and gave a concern of neighborhood at first, couch uncomfortable, no cable so make sure you have Netflix or other subscriptions to plug in

Loved this house! It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We have 3 children ages 7-12 and they loved the pool area. The boys shared the room with the bunks and our daughter had her own room. Super clean, beach feel, all necessities were provided for the beach, and the location is on point to Siesta Keys. Shops St. Armands Key, Siesta Village, groceries stores, restaurants , beaches……. Everything was no more than a 10 minute drive. Property managers were prompt and responded quickly. Check in and out was simple. Highly recommend this house for a week stay to enjoy all that there is to do in the Sarasota Area.

This was a great house that was really close to the beach (10 minute ride). It was located by restaurants and supermarkets making this place super convenient. The house was very clean, the pool was heated, and the house was stocked with all the provisions you need including beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels. The neighborhood is cute. We went on our walks and runs and felt safe. The neighbors were very friendly. This is a great house for families and we highly recommend it.

This was the perfect stay for my husband & I. We loved the pool. Essentials were not a problem. This makes it convenient when flying. We drove so we had all the extras. It was our 40th wedding anniversary, thanks Bob for the bottle of wine! We also seen & heard some beautiful birds! Felt like we were in a bird 🐦 sanctuary.

My family absolutely loved this house. We stayed for 9 days and the pool was a big hit with the kids. The home was clean and the amenities were well thought out. The home was pretty close to the beach and downtown. Loved that there was a grocery store right around the corner. We also enjoyed watching all the birds and animals at the canal/water feature behind the house. Check-in/out process was easy and we communicated with the owner through the VRBO app. Our only issue was the back sliding door did not lock/secure on one end. You could literally pull it and it would open. When we reached out to the owner, he said he was aware of the issue and that the new door had been delayed. We wished this had been communicated in advance because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our electronic devices in the home. Other than that, we had a great time there.

House & pool was lovely, just as described. The owner & property manager were very responsive & easy to work with. The house had everything you will need for your stay (beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella etc). House was close to everything!! We had a great time!!!

We ADORED this house for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and had a terrific very QUIET, convenient location to do lots around Sarasota. The pool is fantastic and the kids (& parents!) were in it daily. Communication with the owner was excellent. We hope to rent this same home if we return to Sarasota!
