Unbelievably clean, comfortable, everything you could want. The host has thought of everything. The area is quiet and convenient, and the host exceptionally clear and welcoming in communication. Will absolutely book this property again! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The property is lovely: trees, patio, off-street parking. The inside has a high end kitchen, great bathroom, huge closet, comfy sofa. And the neighborhood is a hidden gem. Put on your walking shoes and walk towards downtown Burbank: bakeries, small ethnic food stores, iconic buildings. This place is a plethora of charm.

We had everything we needed and the laundry room was a huge bonus . Great host 5***

The space was super cute! Great outdoor space too. Just perfect for what we needed! Great location with easy walks to coffee shops, grocery, and fun shops. The host was super responsive. We travel to this area often and will definitely stay here again.

No mention was made in advance that washer and dryer are located outside the property in the shed. There was no basket to carry laundry out there, and the shed itself was not tidy. I only found the laundry area by searching outside. (Less than ideal). The enclosed patio area outside in the yard was quite messy and looked like it had not been cleaned out in a while. Dishwasher was very confusing to operate and took me many tries to get it to come on. The decorating of the house is beautiful, but inside of cabinets in kitchen were in need of wiping down, and there was only a partial set of silverware. Living room chair and ottoman (shown in photo) were not in property and the sofa was not comfortable to sit on, also, there were no end tables to set drinks or other items. My communication with the owner began with less than an ideal encounter, and she made me feel like I was complaining about minor things (even though plumbers were sent out the next day who replaced parts and advised a new handle is still needed for the toilet). Pluses were that the bed was pretty comfortable and the big walk-in closet was very handy for keeping all my clothes and suitcases during my stay. None of the issues were bad enough for me to look for another place to stay, but I don't feel I would book this place again.

Safe area, easy connections to the sights. The property was clean comfortable and amazing private outdoor space and private off street parking. Hosts communications were excellent. Really glad we stayed here :-)

This cottage exceeded our expectations for what we expected. The home was clean, the host was responsive, and the location was about 15 min away from almost everywhere we went, including Universal Studios. The large walk-in closet was great for all our belongings and doubled as a great changing room. I only wish there were a full length mirror somewhere, but not a big deal. Parking right in front of the cottage was great for easy access and unloading and loading. I highly recommend backing in because the driveway is narrow. We had a mid size SUV and it was fine. The full size fridge was great for all of our snacks. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook, we didnt use, but a great option. Spacious bathroom and shower. Highly recommend this home!

Good location, close to markets and restaurants, walkable neighborhood, responsive host, clean and comfortable space. We will definitely stay here again.

The owner obviously cares about this property. It was very well cared for. A few minor repair issues were noted and the owner seemed receptive to hearing them. Loved the off street parking.

We had a nice stay, the house was well set up, appreciated being able to park in front, but its tight, so wouldnt fit a larger vehicle easily. Having access to laundry was greatly appreciated. Only issue was the tidiness, we had to clean the floors ourselves when we arrived and there were dust bunnies in most corners.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and roomy. We will definitely be back!

This is a very cute cottage in a nice neighborhood. There were lots of restaurants down the street, but it was still quiet. The cottage was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. The closet was huge and it was great to store our luggage and hang up clothes. The driveway is quite narrow but we had a mid-sized SUV and were ok. We were visiting Universal Studios and the Magic Castle and it was close to both. We would stay here again if we’re in the area. Thanks to the owner.

Property was as described and viewed. Interior was spacious and very accommodating and great for a couples weekend or longer stay. Parking was narrow, but not a major issue for smaller rental vehicles. Overall a very nice space and would recommend to others. Thank you!

This little place was amazing. It had everything I needed.

The neighborhood that we were staying in was very quiet and also it was like a 5 minute drive to the highway/20 minutes to Burbank Airport. We were able to travel around town, and get items like Porto's from nearby Glendale. We had such a good time while we stayed there, and the bed was firm and plush where we were able to catch a nice rest after very busy and hot days. Speaking of hot, the temperature control was so key to us being comfortable in the VRBO property because it was in the 90s with humidity, which was...unbearable at times. The kitchen offers a lot of amenities and we were able to cook a couple meals there while we worked from the property. Strong wifi for remote work and we had access to Netflix and YouTube, which was helpful. There's a huge fridge for groceries, and we discovered...basically a mini room-sized closet to hold your luggage and put your clothes up/hang up after ironing. There is parking in the long, narrow driveway - right in front of your place, which is convenient because parking in California...not always ideal but you have a designated spot to park. My only warning is that the driveway is narrow and even though it seems like a straight shot back, it wasn't quite. We had to keep adjusting ourselves backing out, so just be aware of that. Otherwise, this place is great and would come back again!

Nice quiet place in a pleasant neighborhood. Lots of bakeries and a few restaurants within walkimg distance. Having the EV charger was a big plus for us. Be aware that the driveway back to the unit is long and narrow. I wouldn't recommend anything larger than a mid-size SUV as you will need to back either in or out. Thank goodness for backup cameras!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very clean upon our arrival and the host was very accommodating. An added bonus was the wonderful pastry shop and kabob restaurant just down the block. Would love to stay again.

This darling cottage was so nicely updated and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area. If returning to this location we would love to rent here again.

Perfect home, outstanding outside area. Love the parking spot in front of the front door, glad I have a small to medium size car, smaller driveway. I have a Range Rover Evoque and it fit. Great pastry shop and coffee shop at the end of the road. Perfect location, it is technically Glendale but just over the line of Burbank. Would stay here again and again!

This cute little bungalow was just what we needed. It was the 3rd home at the end of a driveway, so it was away from the street and was private. Super easy check in check out. The EV charger was awesome! We brought our Tesla and was able to charge it with our adapter which was a bonus. The inside was updated and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic+ necessities and some food! The bed was SUPER comfortable and the large walk in closet was perfect for all of our things. There are alot of little extras under the sink in the bathroom. The outdoor space was like your own sanctuary. Peaceful and quite with a bar, bbq and outdoor kitchen, table and turf yard covered in trees. I wish we had more time to spend there. A great place to stay when going for the Rose Bowl and was only a 10 min. drive. The parking is a little tight which was not a problem. I recommend you have a small vehicle. Other than that, it was great! Would love to stay again next time we come out!
