The reception agent Fadhal (morning & day shift) was excellent with his exceptional help service and communications, my stay was very comfortable & had yummy breakfast, all went well & would Come back again over there.

Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Wielkie ukłony dla Was wszystkich. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko medyny i centrum miasta.

Hotel dużo lepiej wyglada na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Ciemne, zimne pokoje (w grudniu), brak ciepłej wody wieczorem :( słabe śniadanie - głównie na słodko + zimne omlety. żadnych warzyw czy owoców, niepijalna kawa.

The toilet seat was not clean, I was very angry. We arrived late at night very exhausted, we asked for two single beds but we got a double bed, I called the staff to fix it or give us another room, he did it but one bed was without blanket, he brought an old one, which doesn't look clean. When I entered the bathroom, I was really upset the toilet was not clean, I was very tired of going down and asking him to do something since he was very slow at fixing the bed, They promised us breakfast in the morning since we are leaving very early, and guess what? we got nothing the next day.

The room was clean and spacious. Guys the reception were welcomed.

The breakfast was poor. The water in the toilet was cut at midnight and when I informed the reception, they told me that this issue happens every night.

The proximity to the city center is a plus

The fact that there was a bar under the hotel really disrupted my sleep. The tobacco smell filled the hallways and it was really unpleasant

breakfast needs to be more varied

The location was good for me because it was in the neighborhood where I lived many years ago. It might be a bit out of the center for many tourists

The entrance wasn't clearly marked so it took us a while to figure out that we had to go up the outside steps. We didn't have bags but it would have been inconvenient

The location of the hotel is beautiful and close to the center, the staff is very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable.

it’s comfortable stay. staff were attentive, very nice and welcoming. kudos to Habib, Salah, Fadil and the lady at reception for their great job. And also to the ladies of housekeeping who often asked me to clean or fixed my room, they’re all amazing.

staff is helpful and kind. heat was fast. towels smelled great. breakfast is sufficient.

wifi is unreliable and intermittent. shower was not a spray. just a stream of water. outlets are a trickle to charge - very slow.

I upgraded the room from initial reservation for a room with balcony. According description - (This twin room features a balcony, air conditioning and tile/marble floor), but the balcony did not exist... Just some 30 cm window ledge. They should mention that the hotel do not have any room with balcony. There was a problem with the internet. I could not connect to internet in the room only occasionally, being necessary to go out from the room in the floor lobby, or even on top of the stairs lobby. Another problem is the fact that I did not received yet an invoice, necessary for my company, even I marked from the beginning I need an invoice, at departure time was not ready, and I did not received it either by email until now. (I left all necessary details, yesterday they answered I will receive it today, but still nothing).

The staff in the reception were very nice and helpful.

The most thing that I am not satisfied with is allowing people to smoke in the reception and even in the restaurant at the morning when we went to take our breakfast. We really not happy with this special we have a kids with us and three of people were smoking inside the restaurant while we eat.
