The size of the house was perfect for our family of 6. They even had pull out beds under each of the twin beds upstairs. The house was very clean for us. Gives a tiny house vibe with more space!

There was only one very small cooking pan. So I had to borrow some from my parents house in a nearby town. They did have plenty of silverware, and a big pot for a spaghetti night. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for pool and community activities. It was almost a flawless home expected on the last night we saw several roaches appear. Glad it was the last night, which my kids had a fit over!! Other than that. This place is perfect for a small family.

The Ocean Pines Location is always a favorite of ours- The house was well kept. It had a nice little welcome package with soap and laundry pods. There is a lot of room to sleep with the twin beds actually having a roll out bed under each of them. There were games throughout the house.. board games down in the foyer and in the upstairs loft bedroom. The kids loved playing with the different choices.

I did not like that we could not find the remote to the upstairs TV. I did reach out about it but they said to try the other remotes from the downstairs tvs, to no avail. I also was a little frustrated that the only TV to really work was the downstairs bedroom one. The living room one had a finicky remote and would not work on Netflix. Thankfully, on vacations we dont really need a source of tv to keep us happy. We also had some issues with the dryer. It would not stay on even if the time limit was still set.

I really didn’t want to post this because when I had questions they were friendly and quick to respond. I feel I have too for the next guest and hopefully they will listen to my concerns.

The first picture of the couch, looks so beautiful. Well when my husband went to use the blanket the entire couch was falling apart. Like they tried to hide it. The rug in the living room doesn’t have any grips so literally everyone (including my elderly mother in law) walked, we tripped over it. So I had my husband fold it up for our stay. It was so dirty under it. I had to vacuum and sweep. Not really what I want to do on vacation. My son wanted to sleep in the loft bed above ours. When he went up he said it was so dirty that he didn’t feel comfortable taking his stuff up there. He said there was an empty Gatorade bottle. I will post pictures. Overall we made the best of our family vacation but we will definitely not be staying there again.
